Extended Video Shows Aftermath of Tamir Rice Shooting; Cops Gave No Aid, Restrained Sister

"This has to be the cruelest thing I've ever seen," says Rice family lawyer

From Reason.com:
Reporters for cleveland.com obtained extended footage of the killing of Tamir Rice. The full video demonstrates police officers' callous indifference to the boy they had wrongly shot. The two cops allowed him to bleed for several minutes; the first person to administer aid to Rice was actually an FBI agent who happened upon the scene while the officers stood around doing nothing.

Well, that's not quite right. They did something--they intercepted Tamir's sister as she ran to help him, knocked her on the ground, wrestled with her, held her down, handcuffed her, and placed her in the squad car a mere 10 feet away from her mortally wounded brother. And it was there that she waited, according to cleveland.com.

Cleveland police were responding to an emergency call claiming that Rice had a gun, although the caller made clear that the gun was very possibly a fake replica weapon. Police officials have insisted that the responding officers were unaware of that suspicion, however. Regardless, they shot him within moments of arriving on the scene.

Timothy Loehmann, the officer who killed Rice, had a record of mental instability and was previous forced to resign from a different police force for his "dismal" gun performance.

After shooting Rice, the officers failed to administer first aid for the subsequent four minutes. Eventually, an FBI agent administered aid. Paramedics arrived around minute eight.

Walter Madison, an attorney representing the Rice family, said of the video: "This has to be the cruelest thing I've ever seen."

I'm sure they did something else as well: called their union for instructions on what to lie. Which is why it was also so important not to allow anyone to see the victim before those instructions arrived.

Video Shows Cop Shoot Self While Fumbling With His Gun

Chris | InformationLiberation

A careless police officer fumbling with his gun while off-duty was filmed shooting himself in an elevator after a dinner-date with his wife. The cop is a 25-year-veteran on the force, yet evidently doesn't feel the need to use a safety.

Facebook Video Shows Cops Grab Man's Camera, Assault Him & His 58-Year-Old Mother

A video posted to facebook today shows two belligerent cops assault a man and his mother.

The man filming is Richard Phillips who was at his mother?s house today when two Wareham, Massachusetts police officers, Chandler and Verhaegen showed up at the door.

It is unclear as to why the officers were there, but they were questioning the mother and she responded by saying she was ?drinking strawberry milk and smoking a cigarette.?

Phillips clearly announces that he is filming as required by Massachusetts state law when interacting with police.

However, this does not stop officer Verhaegen from barging in and grabbing at Phillips? camera.

During the forced entry into the house, the officers struck Phillips? mother in the face.

Phillips then dials 9-1-1 to report to the uniformed gang members that there are uniformed gang members at his house.

About halfway through the video, officer Chandler is seen holding his foot against the door, not allowing Phillips? mother to shut it.

At this point the officers state that they are not there for an arrest which could make the unauthorized entry into the house, illegal.

The Free Thought Project has contacted the Wareham Police Department and they have declined to comment on the incident. We have also reached to Richard Phillips but have yet to receive a reply.

Florida Man Arrested after Video Recording Deputies Mishandling Checkpoint

By Carlos Miller

A Florida man who regularly video records DUI checkpoints to ensure police are operating in compliance of the law was arrested Friday night, moments after he had recorded Hillsborough County deputies falling out of compliance, which he believes may have been to wave a fellow cop through the checkpoint without having to be checked for sobriety.

Even if there was no cop in the car that was allowed to pass through, it created enough of an inconsistency from the predetermined protocol to make all the other stops from?that night unconstitutional.

And that is probably why they wanted him removed.

Wally Sullivan, 59, ?was stripped of his camera and handcuffed , then transported to the sheriff?s office where he was fingerprinted and released within an hour.

They kept his camera as ?evidence,? even though they had no legal right to do so considering he is not being accused of using his camera in the commission of a crime.

They didn?t realize he had another camera in a pouch around his neck, which is from where the posted videos come from; the top video being the shortened version, the bottom video the extended version, well worth the 30 minutes.

Video Shows Cop Assaulted Fox News Anchor, Lied About Arrest

Chris | InformationLiberation

Video obtained through a FOIA request shows an officer lied when he claimed Fox News anchor Gregg Jarrett postured like he was going to "launch himself" at him and repeatedly yelled "f*ck you" at him to justify his violent arrest of the TV host on May 21st.

Here's what the cop wrote in his report as reported by Gawker:

While [medical personnel] began to evaluate Jarrett, he looked at me in the doorway and stated, ?This is all of your fault.? I asked what was, and Jarrett responded, ?This is your fault.? I told Jarrett that this was his fault he was where he was. Jarrett then became visibly agitated (angry, upset), his body became rigid and he leaned forward like he was going to jump up on his feet or launch himself off of the bench, and yelled ?Fuck You? and stated ?Fuck You? again. Jarrett stayed at an agitated level and in the posture like he was going to jump up at any moment.
The officer goes on to allege that Jarrett ?grabbed my left arm and I broke his grip? before he slammed the anchor into the wall and threw him onto the floor. Due to the camera?s angle, it?s unclear whether Jarrett actually grabbed the officer?s arm. It?s certainly not true, in any case, that Jarrett twice yelled ?fuck you.?
It's clear from the video Jarret didn't do anything to justify the cop's outrageously violent outburst. If he laid his hand on him it was at most the gentlest of taps, as you can see from the video when the cop yanks his arm he's putting up zero resistance as the cop throws him around like a rag doll.

Let this be a lesson to the state's loyal servants: no one is safe in a police state.

Here's a comment posted elsewhere about this incident by a cop: "For what it's worth, I'm very tenured in law enforcement. The helmeted
officer "baited" the guy into standing up, moved into the guy, and then
wants to claim the guy touched him."

Interestingly, the charge is for "obstructing legal process", rather than for being intoxicated in public (which probably means that Jarrett was not drunk to begin with) or for assault on officer.. I really wonder how obstruction would apply.

unlike cops,(most cops hide behind each other and most news covers for the cops) most news is using yellow journalism againest their own. read some of the different news stories and see for yourself . believe none of what you hear and half of what you see.

NYPD Arrest Man for Video Recording Cops during Traffic Stop, Claiming Phone Could have been Gun

by Carlos Miller

New York City police arrested a man for video recording them with an iPhone, using the laughable old lie that the phone could have been a gun, even going as far as claiming an NYPD cop had been shot by a kid with his phone.

Not only has there never been a single reported instance of a phone being used as a gun in the United States, the only evidence that it ever existed appears in a Youtube video out of Europe using a bulky, outdated phone large enough to contain four bullets.

Nevertheless, Will Paybarah ended up spending 13 hours in jail on charges of ?resisting arrest, obstruction of justice, and criminal mischief.

Long Island officers caught on video violently striking driver during traffic stop

WESTBURY (WABC) -- Two Nassau County police officers are under investigation after video surfaced that showed them violently striking a driver during a traffic stop.

Now, Kyle Howell, a 20-year-old drug suspect facing multiple charges, is filing a lawsuit against the officers.

The Westbury man says he has been repeatedly pulled over by cops, these two in particular.

The videotaped incident took place on April 25, when the officers pulled him over for having a cracked windshield. A nearby surveillance camera was rolling as the officers began to punch and knee him.

Video Shows Cops Slam Man's Head Into Wall, Mace Him After He Stumbles To Ground, Laugh About It

Chris | InformationLiberation

Disturbing video has surfaced of police officers throwing a man into a wall, then macing him after the stumbles to the ground in a disorientated stupor. The cop who maced the man gets a big smile on his face, then the cops together are seen laughing as the man is lying on the ground maced with his face and head smashed up. The victim said he had brain injuries, chipped teeth, and was left with a permanent lump on the back of his head from the assault. Nothing happened to the police involved as the man says he couldn't find his lawyer who had the video for two years.

After posting the video to YouTube the officers involved were just put on paid leave. The police chief said they were not aware of the incident until the video was posted to YouTube, but they're conducting an "investigation."

Here's the victim, Michael Bergeron, Jr.'s account of what happened as posted to YouTube:

"charged with a dwi and tried explaining that I wasn't drunk and they could be out catching actual criminals. then after being in the cell for a while waiing for a bail bonds man I was taken out and brought in the booking room to call for a ride. after calling a ride I was told I could take my phone that I called from and my wallet. as soon as I greabbed my wallet from the table he officer with the glasses came at me saying he never told me I could take my stuff and choked me against the wall then tried to grab the wallet from my pocket. once he got the wallet and my phone this is what happened. there was no lawsuit made due to the fact I found a lawyer and the lawyer took the tapes and disappeared for 2 years until I finally tracked him down and go it back but now I think its to late to do anything with it even though I have a permanent lump on the back of my head chipped teeth and brain injuries but talking to a lawyer soon well see what happens."

Idaho Cop Assaults Man for Video Recording Traffic Stop From More Than 50 Feet Away

by Carlos Miller

A Boise police sergeant stormed up to a man video recording her making a traffic stop from more than 50 feet away, accusing him of interfering with her investigation.

Sgt. Lori Sperry ordered Gavin Seim to take his hands out of his pockets and hand over his identification, which he refused to do on the basis that he was not committing a crime.

Sperry, who made more than $99,000 in 2011, became extremely unsettled by the fact that he asserted his rights, claiming it was an ?officer safety issue,? then insisting she was unable to multitask because she couldn?t focus on the driver she was ticketing as well as on Seim.

At one point, she grabbed his arm, but then backed off as if realizing she had crossed the line.

She finally relaxed when another officer named T. Green showed up to the scene, who?s demeanor was the complete opposite of his superior.

Sherry, you are a POS that need to be dealt with Lori Sperry, you are one sick public servant that needs a mental evaluation You all are a bunch of idiots if you don't think, for a minute, that Gavin was intentionally looking to create some sort of altercation. Drunk Cop Says He's 'The Authority,' Shoots Young Man In The Face [Video]

Chris | InformationLiberation

In this video out of Paraguay, an off-duty drunk police officer is seen murdering a young man in cold blood. Witnesses said the cop was shooting his gun off and said he "was the authority" before entering this liquor store and shooting the young man. The video shows the cop aim his gun at people off camera, two young men are seen cowering back in fear, then the officer pushes another young man back, the man doesn't show much fear or give into his intimidation and sits still with his hands resting in his pockets, the officer then raises his gun at him and shoots him in the face, killing him on the spot.

From LiveLeak:

A veterinary student was killed just under two weeks ago in Coronel Oviedo. The victim was identified as Atilio Recalde, Third Year student. The alleged perpetrator of the homicide is Officer Ramon Gamarra (28), who is still at bay.

Atilio Fil?rtiga Recalde (21) was shot dead in the head at 1:30 am on September 25.

The killing was recorded on the sidewalk of liguer store, which is located in the center of Coronel Oviedo. The alleged perpetrator is a police officer.

As mentioned, the victim was identified as Atilio Fil?rtiga Recalde, who lived in company Pe Island of Coronel Oviedo. And the alleged killer is Bernal Ramon Gamarra, police officer, a native of Caaraya? and serving in the police station in Potrero Guayaki, Caaguaz? district.

According to the data, the officer who was in civilian clothes and was having drinks in the enclosure when Recalde came on a motorcycle and in the company of another person.

The Lourdes Soto district attorney is investigating the case and said that according to the findings, there was no discussion between the murderer and his victim. The victim died on the spot, yet was still transferred to the regional hospital where he was pronounced dead. Witnesses said the officer was firing in the air earlier while intoxicated because he "was the authority".

The crime occurred in Bodega Bohemia, located on Avenida Mariscal Estigarribia. In this same place about four years ago and there was a crime and the alleged perpetrator at that time was also a police officer.

[WARNING: THIS VIDEO SHOWS AN EXTREMELY DISTURBING STRAIGHT FORWARD MURDER BY A TAX-FEEDER WITH A BADGE AND A GUN]

[The murder takes place exactly at the 30 second mark]

[If anyone can translate what's said in the video please post it in the comments below]

Pictured: Bernal Ramon Gamarra, alleged murderer of Atilio Recalde Fil?rtiga

La Nacion reports the officer is still a fugitive. The police response to the murder was to say they need to perform more advanced psychological tests on future recruits. Let me recommend a full proof psych test you can give to future recruits.

"Do you want to be a police officer and 'enforce the law?'"

If you answer yes, you fail. No decent human being wants to rule over others.

Update: The officer was finally caught, he's facing 30 years in prison.

Imagine if the bystanders all pulled guns on the cop. Of course, the cop knew that would never happen, which is exactly why he did what he did.

Kings love unarmed peasants!

I was thinking the same thing. No doubt he'd be called a "cop killer" and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the whatever the thugs in power arbitrarily deem "the law."

It seems clear to me from the video Atilio not giving into his intimidation is what caused the cowardly subhuman to shoot him in the face, just so he could show how "powerful" he is.

A baboon can pull a trigger you pathetic piece of subhuman trash. I'm so sickened by this, this is the exact type of person who becomes a cop. I'm reminded of the video out of Tuscon, Arizona recently where a cowardly subhuman pulled his gun and pointed it at a store clerk to make himself feel powerful: http://www.informationliberation.com/?id=44491

How pathetic do you have to be to get off on such a thing? I'm reminded as well of the cop out of Canada who shoved a crippled woman with cerebral palsy to the ground because she timidly tried to squeeze between him and his fellow boys in blue who were taking up an entire sidewalk: http://www.informationliberation.com/?id=41505

These are the subhuman predators who rule over us, these are the types of people attracted to such a job, yet the general public genuinely believes these are the good guys and they "respect the uniform."

All people are different, and accidents do and will happen. What matters is how the state reacts to the accident. From this angle, this story shows no problem in Paraguay - they don't try to pretend that the murder was justified. While in the US the most likely outcome would be yet another "internal investigation found that the officer acted properly because he was afraid for his life". "no decent human wants to rule over others" Yes, this is the truth beyond truth. If a human wishes to control others, they are wrong, wrong, wrong and should never be in charge on anything, ever until they can rectify this desire within them. So who is gonna stop the anarchy that is sure to follow with all these cops gone?

Or are your brains not intelligent enough to realize someone has to do the job of enforcing the law or everything goes to shit.

Unless riots, rape, murder without recourse wet your panties.

You mean what will happen if we leave massa's plantation? Anarchy is freedom, the word itself means no rulers, monarchy one ruler, oligarchy a few of of them, it's a positive term. It's not lawless chaos as you've been told by massa. Lawless chaos where criminal gangs run everything is what we have now, they call themselves governments, they rape, pillage, wage war, and murder without recourse, and they wear costumes so the rubes they rule over think they're legitimate.

?If the natural tendencies of mankind are so bad that it is not safe to permit people to be free, how is it that the tendencies of these organizers are always good? Do not the legislators and their appointed agents also belong to the human race? Or do they believe that they themselves are made of a finer clay than the rest of mankind??

The Wal Mart of mail delivery. No wonder they are bankrupt! Too fat to walk 10 feet to deliver the mail. Instead the blog drives across their lawn. The homeowner should sue them for destruction of private property. Incompetent Gluttonous Ginormity redefinned. This is is bad dream's bad dream. Still - why am I laughing so hard? @nonymous 5029, today I was driving behind a car that had a license plate which read: "is is ," and, it also had a bumper-sticker which read: "the sun is not yellow, the sun is a chicken." I wondered over the meanings to both for a bit, before recalling a prior construct set-up; which read: "Reality - It's not what you've been told it is."

as for this article.... my mail lady is far-less thinner than the one in this video, though, if 'physical weight' were the means, by which substance of character was measured in this realm... I would be considered to be "lacking," while, all postal employees would be considered to have "depth."

the only thing that makes me laugh is "irony," so, no, I can't comprehend the reason for your "laughing so hard."

also, what do you make of the b-day: 5/27/81? jeez "I" would hate to be that person.

Cop Flips Out On Teen Video Recording Him Making An Arrest, Arrests Him & Falsely Charges Him With Resisting & Obstruction

Chris | InformationLiberation

A Leland, North Carolina police sergeant John Keel was caught on his own dash cam video flipping out on a teenager for legally video recording him making an arrest with his cell phone outside a Buy & Go gas station.

After verbally harassing and threatening 19-year-old Gabriel Self, Keel arrested him and charged him for obstructing and resisting.

WECT reports Keel has been suspend for 30 days without pay, and all charges against Self were dropped.

Unfortunately, the cop was not charged for filing false charges, which is a felony offense, nor assault for physically accosting him.

Video Shows Cop Punch Mentally Ill 14-Yr-Old Girl In The Face

A newly released footage from a surveillance camera inside a Florida mental institution for teens captured a police officer punching a 14-year-old girl in the face.

The incident took place at the Citrus Center for Adolescent Treatment Services - a 28-bed locked facility in Pembroke Pines that houses girls and boys suffering from emotional problems, substance abuse and psychological disorders.

Broward County Chief Assistant Public Defender Gordon Weekes Jr. saw the surveillance video from the April incident when he was assigned to represent the 14-year-old.

The teen involved in the altercation with police has been charged with resisting arrest with violence, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief. However, Weekes insists that the officer used excessive force when he hit her, while his colleague dosed the girl with pepper spray.

And according to Weekes, the violent encounter in the hallway of the Pembroke Pines facility is just the tip of the iceberg.

According to his investigation into the mental institution, the results of which were outlined in a letter sent to the Department of Children and Families this week, the young patients housed in the hospital are being mistreated on a regular basis.

Washington Man Arrested for Video Recording SWAT Team from Public Sidewalk

by Carlos Miller

A Washington man was arrested for video recording police from a public sidewalk after they had raided his neighbor?s home Saturday.

He was charged with obstruction, although as you can see in the video below, all he was doing was interviewing his neighbor about having a gun pointed at her six-month-old daughter.

A militarized cop then walked up to him and told him he was not allowed to record him without his permission as you can see in the video above, which we all know is false ? especially considering the cop was the one who walked up to him (but that doesn?t even make a difference).

The man, who goes by 509rifas and lives in Yakima County, posted the videos and story and an open carry forum. Hopefully, we?ll get more details, including the police agency involved.

Here is his story:

So I heard a commotion outside, turns out SWAT was raiding my neighbors house again. Heard a flashbang then walked down to film it. I was there for a while, maybe 20 minutes with no problems.

Then I started talking to a young woman who asked me if I had it on camera when they pointed guns at her infant.

A sgt approached and told me not to film and whatnot, and I actually turned the camera off, turned it around to show him, and THEN he arrested me for obstruction.

He noticed my smaller camera and assumed it was on, and then arrested me. The arrest isn?t actually recorded, what let up to it up to the point I stopped recording is.

As they brought me over to the SWAT van he said something on the radio about ?grabbed this guy? recording? and I?m fairly certain I heard back ?stop him!.? I?ll find out for sure when I get the PRA records. But if that was what was said, that steps it up to another level.

As it stands right now, I am facing criminal charges of obstruction a law enforcement officer, and have court next week.

tell poncho from chips he can go fuck himself.

you don't have to be polite to someone who's a rude prick.

1 - he's in a public area, no person at all can claim you can't record, RECORD, continue, and resist false arrest by a cop VIOLATING THE LAW , fuck these law violators - if they aren't arrested for this then our system is of zero use - and it needs to be utterly ignored in entirety.

2 - he's a public servant working on our tax money, we can record his ugly face anytime we want. if he doesn't like the terms of employment he can quit, GIGANTIC PANTYWAIST that idiot is.

seriously - cuss these pricks out, then resist if they attack you.

Shock Video Shows Police Forcibly Drawing Blood

Man screams "what country is this" as cops strap him down
Paul Joseph Watson

Shock video out of Georgia shows police strapping down citizens accused of drunk driving before using a needle forcibly draw blood as the victim screams, ?what country is this??

The policy of police obtaining a warrant to draw blood from those merely suspected of being drunk at a DUI checkpoint or a routine traffic stop has been in place for years across many states, but to actually see it in action is disturbing.

The clip shows individuals being strapped down on a padded table at the Gwinnett County jail. Even those who show no resistance whatsoever are forcibly restrained and have their heads pressed down by an officer using his elbow.

?We all are American citizens and you guys have me strapped to a table like I?m in Guantanamo f***ing Bay,? complains another victim of the blood draw.

Mike Choroski, the man seen screaming ?what country is this? as officers hold him down and take his blood without consent, is still awaiting trial, claiming that he is not guilty and there was no accident involving his vehicle.

?I?m a taxpaying American who refused something?.I refused to do this?.what happened to me in that room was unnessesary and nobody should have to do that,? said Choroski.

?Holding down and forcing somebody to submit to this is really intrusive in terms of that level of invasive procedure into someone?s body is ridiculous for investigating a misdemeanour,? Attorney David Boyle?told Fox 5 Atlanta, describing the forced blood draws as an ?unreasonable search? under the 4th Amendment.

Despite the fact that citizens can lose their drivers license for a year if they refuse a standard breathlyser test, cops can then get a warrant to forcibly draw blood, ?for every DUI stop, even if there?s no accident or injury.?

In Gwinnett County, Georgia police have carried out more than 100 forced blood draws since January.

?I?m stunned, I did not know that this was legal, I did not know they could take your blood without your consent,? said a Fox 5 anchor in response to the clip, opining that the process was a violation of the 4th Amendment.

Georgia is one of numerous states that enforce ?no refusal? checkpoints where police can forcibly draw blood. In 2005,?the Supreme Court ruled that it is not unconstitutional for the state to hold down Americans and forcefully withdraw blood.?A January 2013 ruling affirmed that a warrant must be obtained for the process, although police could dispense with the warrant requirement in an ?emergency?.

Pittsburgh Cop Arrests Man Video Recording him Making Arrest

by Carlos Miller

A Pittsburgh police officer was already making an arrest when he turned to a man video recording him and decided to arrest him as well.

Nicholas Gerhold said he was attending the Kenny Chesney county music concert Saturday night when a fight broke out in the parking lot.

Police started ordering people to disperse but people apparently didn?t leave quick enough, which is when cops started making arrests.

Gerhold said he and his friend handcuffed and detained in the paddy wagon for 30 minutes before they were freed and informed they would receive citations in the mail.

Second Video Surfaces Of Boston Police Ordering Families Out Of Their Homes At Gunpoint

Chris | InformationLiberation

If you had any questions whether the first video showing police ripping a family from their home and treating them like terrorists was unique or par for the course, this video should assuage all doubts.

This videos shows definitively Boston police did in fact order families out of their homes at gunpoint and has interviews with the victims, which include families with small children.

While the victims describe being "terrified," many of them wrongheadedly believe it was being done for their own good and supported the police's actions in retrospective.

Of course, it wouldn't matter if they were against the polices' rights violations as it wasn't up to them whether their home was raided, they were subjects of the state and nothing more.

It should be noted none of this police state pageantry did anything to help find the suspects, it was tips from private citizens which led police to the suspected killers.

Hey thuggish brutes! DO NOT TRY THIS IN ANY INDIANA CITY! You will get your heads BLOWN OFF! Out here we value our constitution and we have the right to shoot you if you act like terrorist thugs! The last week has provided a multitude of revelations about our government and the people of this country. The billions ?invested? in our police state, along with warnings from a foreign government, and suspicious travel patterns were not enough for our beloved protectors to stop the Boston Marathon bombing.
After stumbling upon these amateur terrorists by accident, the 2nd responders, with their Iraq war level firepower, managed to slaughter one of the perpetrators, but somehow allowed a wounded teenager to escape on foot and elude 10,000 donut-eaters for almost 24 hours.
That's assuming this wasn't a government "false-flag" to begin with.
This horde of heavily armed, testosterone fueled thugs proceeded to bully and intimidate the citizens of Watertown by illegal searches of homes and treating innocent people like criminals.
The government completely shut down the 10th largest metropolitan area in the country for an entire day looking for a wounded 19 year old
Meanwhile, the people of Boston obeyed their zoo keepers and obediently cowered in their cages.
The entire episode was an epic fail. The gang that couldn?t shoot straight needed an old man to find the bomber in his backyard boat. @6655 " The entire episode was an epic fail. "

Apparently not, if citizens are happy, feel safe, appreciate the effort, and nobody even thought about asking for a warrant, much less worried about police thug putting hands on their child. While some marginalized conspiracy theorists here and there cry about the police state, in the true democracy it's the majority that rules, and from the facial expressions of that majority, it does not look like they were really scared or pissed off - I guess they were happy to find themselves in the center of yet another "reality show" they watched on TV, and, frankly, without any real risk. So, I guess, they wouldn't mind the next episode..

"The government completely shut down the 10th largest metropolitan area in the country...." - David J. Blockowicz

So, while all Napoleon's dogs were rounding up the animals on the farm, what were the pigs actually up to?

In the video, people kept saying that the police were "doing their job." That's unconscious programming. Raiding innocent people's homes, is NOT their job, though now we'll have lots of brainwashed sheep, believing that's what police are supposed to do.

"From [the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations'] work, an evil thesis emerged: Through the use of terror, man can be reduced to a childlike and submissive state, in which his powers of reason are clouded, and in which his emotional response to various situations and stimuli can become predictable, or in Tavistockian terms, ?profitable.?

By controlling the levels of anxiety, it is possible to induce a similar state in large groups of people, whose behavior can then be controlled and manipulated by the oligarchical forces for whom Tavistock worked."

it was just a drill seeing how things are going to when the S.H.T.F everybody needs to wake up STOP BEING SHEEPLE CAUSE THEY WILL BE KICKIN YOUR DOORS SOONER THAN WE THINK AND IT WONT BE A DRILL NEXT TIME PEACE OUT @75145

That's the most ridiculous thing ever. I don't care how many Americans are okay with being asked to leave your house at gunpoint, just because the majority of Americans think it's okay doesn't make it okay. It infuriates me that these people in the video keep saying "they were just doing their job." THAT'S NOT THEIR JOB! We are supposed to be protected from unwarranted search and seizure or have you never heard of the Constitution?

Video Shows Chase That Clearwater Police Say Didn't Happen

William R. Levesque, Times Staff Writer

TAMPA ? Clearwater police officials insist one of their officers ended a high-speed chase of Keith Williamson before the motorcyclist was killed in a Feb. 20 crash on the Courtney Campbell Parkway.

"When it was evident that the vehicle was not going to stop, (the officer) called it off," Clearwater police spokeswoman Elizabeth Watts told the Tampa Bay Times in a Feb. 22 story.

On Friday, Watts reaffirmed, "This was not a chase."

But the dashboard video in the unmarked Clearwater police car that tried to stop Williamson shows Officer Nicholas Giordano was right behind Williamson with his car's flashing blue lights and siren engaged just a second or two before the fatal crash.

The video appears to contradict statements by Clearwater police to media outlets in the days after the crash and shows that the chase may have violated the department's policy on ending pursuits that do not involve violent felonies.

Florida Police Jail Banana Man & Others Over 'Harlem Shake' Video, Confiscate Cameras

Chris | InformationLiberation

CBS Miami reports some Hialeah, Florida citizens who organized a "Harlem Shake" video got shaken down by Hialeah police for trying to pull off the stunt. The police reportedly aggressively confiscated their cameras and physically kicked one of the organizers in the head after tackling him to the ground.

After a night in jail for "trespassing" and "resisting arrest," their case finally went before a judge. The judge reportedly laughed the case out of court and dropped all charges against the men. Unfortunately, they now have permanent arrest records, and the "banana man" who was in training to be a police officer was kicked out of the police academy.

The cell phone video of the incident is still in police's hands and has yet to be released.

Being an anarcho-capitalist, I certainly deplore the ever-growing police state and believe only in private property, but I have to say, I am so sick of seeing adults participating in the juvenile "Harlem Shake." I would rather see one of those "Harlem Shake" idiots above behind bars than a drug dealer. prisons are only a means for providing restitution
