Is This What The NYPD Has Been Doing After Refusing To Do Their Jobs?

By Matt Agorist

New York, NY ? As we reported last week, the NYPD has basically stopped doing its job since the murder of officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu.

A new video shows that they have apparently found a new way to spend the extra time they have after not doing their jobs.

The video, obtained by the website, Breaking 911, shows a police officer riding on the hood of a patrol car.

According to Breaking 911,?the incident happened at Seton Place and Parkville Ave in the confines of the 70 Precinct.

The officer was rushed to Lutheran Trauma Center with a police escort and chopper overhead.

If this wasn?t a case of officers wasting time and idiotically horsing around, then the NYPD has some serious explaining to do.

Why on earth would a cop get on top of a cop car and get driven down the street?

Below is the video of the incident which happened just around the corner from the precinct located in Brooklyn.

rofl...OMG This is great! Thanks for a good laugh in the middle of all of our national depression and rage.... The irony is that if a non-cop did that they would be tazed, arrested, and charged with endangering the public and themselves. We don't need the police, we don't need the government, and we don't need every stupid law that is designed to make people criminals and generate revenue. It's time to take back our country from the terrorists that are our current politicians.

Liberals And Conservatives Switch Positions On NSA Surveillance Depending On If 'Their Guy' Is In Power

by Mike Masnick

Orin Kerr has pointed out that people who self-identify themselves as "liberals" or "conservatives" seem to shift their opinion on NSA surveillance depending on whether or not it's "their guy" in the White House. That is, back when George W. Bush was President, "Democrats" disapproved of the NSA's surveillance activities, with only 27% approving it. "Republicans" on the other hand, had a 75% approval of the NSA's activities, which were known to include warrantless wiretapping. Fast forward to today, and we have "liberals" being split down the middle between being concerned and not concerned, but conservatives having 77% either "very concerned" or "somewhat concerned" about the surveillance (48% falling into the "very concerned") category. Kerr notes that the two surveys may not be completely comparable -- the questions were not identical, and one study was based on political party, while the other was based on ideology (which might not match up). But, at the very least, it does suggest a general sense that people are much more comfortable with surveillance when "their guy" is in power, and against it when they dislike the President.

That's troubling on any number of levels, but hopefully it serves as a point to a useful tool in convincing those who trust "their guy" not to abuse the system: just ask them how comfortable they'll be when "the other guy" is in power after the next election?

Humanitarian Wars and Their NGO Foot-Soldiers

by Daniel McAdams

In February, 2011, Soliman Bouchuiguir told a lie. It was a big one. As the head of the Libyan League for Human Rights, Bouchuiguir initiated a petition that was eventually signed by 70 non-governmental organizations (NGOs) demanding that the US, EU, and UN "mobilize the United Nations and the international community and take immediate action to halt the mass atrocities now being perpetrated by the Libyan government against its own people."

The petition invoked the "Responsibility to Protect" doctrine, a 2005 UN policy shift away from respect for national sovereignty toward green-lighting "humanitarian intervention," including with military force, anywhere human rights are suspected of being violated.

Bouchuiguir's petition was designed to tick all the necessary boxes of the R2P criteria. It reported that Libyan leader Gaddafi was deliberately killing peaceful protestors and innocent bystanders. He was using snipers to fire on Libyans at random, using helicopter gunships and fighter jets to attack, and even firing artillery shells into the crowd. The petition was where we first saw the oft-repeated line that the Gaddafi regime was employing foreign mercenaries against his own people.

Speaking in support of his petition before the UN Human Rights Council a few days later, Bouchuiguir claimed that Gaddafi had already killed 6,000 of his own people and was determined to kill many more. Based on his testimony and the petition signed by the 70 NGOs, Libya was suspended from membership in the UN Human Rights Council. On the strength of that suspension the issue was moved along rapidly to the UN Security Council, where teeth would soon be put into the campaign for military intervention.

What is behind this human rights NGO? The Libyan League for Human Rights is a member of the International Federation for Human Rights, which as an organization took up and added the weight of its large membership to Bouchuiguir's petition. It should not be much of a shock to learn that the International Federation for Human Rights relies heavily on governmental sources for funding. Governmental funding of NGOs has been an increasingly effective tool for mobilizing popular support for governmental policies. A land or resource grab is hardly as compelling to the masses as a claimed human rights crisis when a foreign intervention is planned.

Given this, it should be no surprise that the US government, through its own well-funded "democracy-promotion" NGO, the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), is a major supporter of the International Federation for Human Rights. In fact, NED's long-serving president, Carl Gershman, was one of the first signatories to Bouchuiguir's Libya regime-change petition.

In the powerful film, Lies Behind the Humanitarian War in Libya," filmmaker Julien Teil asks Bouchuiguir whether it was difficult to gather 70 NGOs behind his petition. He replies, "to tell the truth it's not very difficult at all, cause all NGOs are acquainted." That is key: the NGOs are all under the umbrella of US and other government-funded organizations like the International Federation for Human Rights. The seeming diversity of 70 signatures is in fact a Potemkin Village, masking the true uniformity of opinion and sponsors.

Why is the story of Bouchuiguir's petition turning into a UN Human Rights Council action turning into a UN Security Council action turning into a NATO war on Libya so important? His claims were all lies. They were all made up, as he himself admits in the Teil documentary.

Asked months later by Teil how his claims of the number of deaths, rapes, wounded, and missing could be documented, Bouchuiguir replied, "there is no way." He added that he got the numbers he used from the Libyan rebels themselves, a fact which was never pointed out when the numbers were first cited. The UN Security Council took up his claims, passing the fateful UNSC Resolution 1973 authorizing force against Libya, without investigating them. Pressed one last time in the film for evidence of his claims, Bouchuiguir answered finally, "there is no evidence!"

For his efforts, Bouchuiguir was made Libyan ambassador to Switzerland once the NATO invasion was over and the rebel government was put in place. The international community gathered its NGOs together and moved on to the next target: Syria. Close to 99 percent of the mainstream media articles on Syria rely on a single source, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights. It is a one-man operation in London run by Rami Abdulrahman, whose day job is running a small clothing shop. Once again, one man and an NGO have been able to ignite international opinion in favor of "humanitarian" intervention. It would do us well to more closely examine the role of the NGOs in promoting international conflict, particularly the governments behind them.

Cops Fired For Lying About Beating And Pepper-Spraying Group of Women Appeal To Get Their Jobs Back

From the Denver Post:
Two Denver police officers at the center of a high-profile beating outside the Denver Diner plan to appeal a judge's decision upholding their firings, their attorney said Friday.

Police Chief Robert White signed letters terminating Ricky Nixon and Kevin Devine for lying during the internal investigation into the July 2009 incident, in which surveillance cameras captured them beating and pepper-spraying a group of women outside the diner.

They were initially fired, but the Civil Service Commission reinstated them, a decision District Court Judge Elizabeth A. Starrs ruled Thursday was wrong. Footage from police department cameras did not match the officers' statements to investigators, the judge wrote in her decision.

The officers can appeal to the Colorado Court of Appeals.

How Cops Treat Their Own Children

Chris | InformationLiberation

When they're not sticking up other people's children, how are cops treating their own kids?

Let's see...

From MinotDailyNews:

Eddy County Sheriff Brandon Maygra was charged Monday with Class C felony child abuse or neglect stemming from incidents occurring between the dates of March 25 and June 19 at a home in New Rockford.

The charges were filed in the Eddy County Courthouse, a part of the Southeast Judicial District, in New Rockford.

Information submitted with the filing points to extreme spanking of a 10-year-old boy, his stepson, as the root of the complaint, rather than of a sexual or more deviant nature.

The first instance, according to the information, occurred on or about April 23, which is when the minor child, referred to as "G.G.G." in the report, claims that Maygra threw another minor child, M.J.M., "across the room onto her bed," which caused him mental injury, which may be better summarized as emotional injury.

Physical injury came on May 24, according to the report. Maygra was asked by the mother of G.G.G. to drive all the way back home, about 130 to 140 miles, from where he was in Crookston, Minn., to spank the child and "teach him a lesson." She was offended after she trashed a pizza that the child refused to eat.

It took "a few hours" for Maygra to return home and during that time G.G.G. claims that he "was scared while he sat there waiting."

Upon arrival, Maygra, the report claims, grabbed G.G.G. and "pulled him off his bed by his ankles and flipped him over onto the floor, and then ... used his open hand over the clothing on G.G.G. and struck G.G.G. on the lower left side of his back and G.G.G. said it hurt really bad."

The child reported that Maygra was upset that he had to travel so far to discipline the child and that he is "the law and" is "able to spank him from breakfast until supper." Photographs of the child taken by a Crookston police officer revealed a bruise roughly 4 inches by 5 inches on the lower back, consistent with the interview.

He is "the law" and he can do whatever he wants.

These are the criminals who feel they have a right to rule us.

Deputies Climb Through Window Into Couple's Home Without A Warrant, Hold Them At Gunpoint & Shoot Their Two Dogs

Chris | InformationLiberation

A Warrington, Florida couple was asleep in their bed when a group of Escambia County sheriff's deputies climbed into their home without a warrant, held them at gunpoint, cursed at them, threw a woman to the ground, cuffed them, then entered their bedroom and proceeded to shoot their two dogs, hurting one so badly he had to be euthanized and injuring the other with a bullet to his leg, the Pensacola News Journal reports.

Deputies justified the home invasion of Cristina Moses, 32, and her fiance, Travis Nicholas, 22, by saying they were looking for a suspect who they believed may have entered the home and they wanted "to assure the safety of the occupants.?

In fact, the occupants' safety was threatened only by the deputies, one of their dogs is now dead and their house covered in blood. Ironically, their dog is now dead because the officers were seeking to assure their own safety, not that of the occupants, because "officer safety" is always paramount.

After entering their home through their window, the couple says the deputies held them at gunpoint, Cristina was thrown to the ground while being cursed at, they were both placed in handcuffs, and the cops held them down by placing their boots on their back and arms. One deputy, who they identified as Deputy Mikel Anthony Lee, then allegedly went into their bedroom and shot two of their dogs.

The deputies' statement says, "One dog bit at one of the deputy?s leg. He pushed the dog away, but it came at him again so he shot the dog in self-defense, at which time the second dog began to run towards him. For his personal safety, he shot the second dog.?

As the Pensacola News Journal notes, their statement stops short of saying the dog actually bit the officer, meaning there is no actual evidence of the dogs' alleged aggression.

The couple contradicts their claims and says the deputy entered their bedroom and shot their dogs from the "opposite side" of the room. Video of the crime scene shows the edge of the couple's bed full of bullet holes, this is consistent with their story the officer tried to shoot the dogs from a distance and the dogs were trying to use the bed as "shelter" from the bullets.

After deputies placed Cristina in a patrol car for more than an hour because she "wouldn't shut up" and stop asking what happened to her dogs, she and Travis were eventually let go without charges.

"Gracie" the one year-old pit bull ultimately had to be euthanized due to being riddled with bullets. Cristina wells up in tears recounting the tragic incident and she says she feels "like my child has died."

The Escambia County sheriff's deputies meanwhile are stonewalling, they say they won't talk or release any further details until they're done with their "investigation" of themselves. The deputies involved were placed on paid leave.

This is why we need to start killing them dead when they break the law. fucking monsters Question: What do terrorists, home invaders and Escambia County deputies have in common?
Answer: They use the same toothbrush in the morning.
when was the last time you heard of a cop comming in through a window instead of breaking down the door? there is something else going on here. there is always something else going on when cops are involved.problem is most of the time it is the cops imagination gone wacko and the citizens pay the price every way you can think of.205213 good point, one way or the other. I don't suppose it occurred to Sherlock Holmes or any of the rest of these deputies that the room with the pit bulls in it probably didn't contain an intruder! They were obviously up to something else. I suspect they were going to burglarize the place and didn't realize anyone was home. That's why they were angry and cursing the occupants, because the homeowner presence spoiled their action and reduced their take for the night. If the sheriff department brass don't take these idiots badges away, it means they're in on it... Whenever I hear a cop has been shot, situations like this is why I feel it was probably justified. The couple should sue the department for around 20 million in damages, and if allowed under Florida law, sue the dickhead deputies personally for their entire net worth. Scumbags who abuse their positions of authority are no better than Nazi Stormtroopers, and should be regarded as such. The answer is vigilante justice. Interpret from this your own definitions and actionable solutions, but it's all that is left when LE "professionals" shoot, beat, and murder people, kill their pets for sport, kidnap and then abuse their children, and destroy their property with impunity. The War on the US Citizen, waged by not only these local thug "police" / gangster organizations but also a parasitic and criminal federal government at large, leading by "shining" example--via extortion, their possession of a monopoly on violence, fear-mongering, and the terrorist tactics they employ--and fully funded by us (the victims), has been underway for some time. When will we respond in some constructive manner? The not-in-my-backyard zeitgeist / philosophy of today (and the abhorrent detachment and apathy it excuses in too many of our minds) simply won't do. Protests have failed. Lawsuits have likewise failed to affect wack LE policy and the seemingly acceptable criminal behavior by officeholders. Elections / a belief in the myth of the two party system (AKA: the illusion of choice) have failed, too. Our "representatives" in government mock and patronize us from on high, appealing only to our differences in an obvious effort to divide us as a People. What's left? What sort of a "society" do we wish to have here? Anybody see the worldwide trend toward fascism speeding up all over again? WTF? What will we leave behind for our children if we do nothing? Did we have children just to drop them in an experimental Hell we allowed to develop right under our noses? What is the statute of limitations on using ignorance as an excuse for failure? Still worse, denial? And now what: fear? No, it just won't do. america is now mexico.

you'd better stand up for your damn selves, i am increasingly convinced that TWO different types of sins keep occurring in america:

1 - violent aggressors violating God's laws

2 - victims sinning by taking it.
they do this understandably out of fear of their earthly lives - but as a Christian you will have to be willing to give up your life to do what is right. until you do, this will continue and will increase.

How Thieves and Terrorists "Apologize" to their Victims

by Will Grigg

Friedrich Nietzsche famously said, ?Everything the State says is a lie, and everything it has is stolen.? The truth of Nietzsche?s axiom is embodied by the band of thieves and terrorists called the Internal Revenue Service.

Public outrage over recent revelations of IRS corruption and abuse has prompted Nina Olson, who is employed by the agency as its ?National Taxpayer Advocate,? to suggest that the agency should make ?apology payments? of $1,000 to taxpayers who have been mistreated.? If adopted on, Olson?s plan would cap payments at a total of $1 million a year. This would mean that 1,000 of the tens of millions of people abused by the IRS would receive an insultingly trivial sum as compensation for their mistreatment.

To understand the magnitude of the insult offered by Olson?s proposal, consider a recently publicized IRS conference that took place in Atlanta in 2008. The cost of that single event was $2.4 million ? more than twice the amount proposed by the IRS to buy off public outrage over their profligacy, corruption, and state-sponsored terrorism.? The IRS whistleblowers who reported that event to The Hill Newspaper, who remain anonymous out of fear of retaliation, describe the event as an example of the agency?s ?culture of excess.?

Milwaukee Cop Sentenced to Prison For Pulling Drivers Over & Searching Their "Anal & Scrotal Areas"

Chris | InformationLiberation

A Milwaukee police officer Michael Vagnini has been sentenced to a paltry 2 years and two months prison for pulling men over for minor traffic violations and allegedly "conduct[ing] searches of [their] anal and scrotal areas, often inserting his fingers into their rectums."

From The Journal Sentinel:

Vagnini regularly pulled over drivers on a pretense of not wearing a seatbelt or of having darkly tinted windows and searched them without a legal reason, according to prosecutors.

Vagnini conducted searches of men's anal and scrotal areas, often inserting his fingers into their rectums, according to the criminal complaint. Vagnini acknowledged performing one of the searches, and at least one suspect said Vagnini planted drugs on him.

State law and police procedures prohibit officers from conducting body cavity searches. Only medical personnel are allowed to perform them, and police must first obtain a search warrant.

The searches occurred on the street and in district stations over a period of two years.

[...]While prosecutors agreed to dismiss sexual assault counts as part of the plea deal, Assistant District Attorney Miriam Falk made clear Friday that she believes that offense occurred, repeatedly. She said while Vagnini may not have sought or obtained any sexual arousal or gratification from reaching into suspects' rectal areas, he knew the victims could not ignore that element.

"I know Michael Vagnini understood the sexual undertones of what was going on," Falk said. "It was intended to degrade and humiliate them, and that's what makes it a sexual assault."

Despite said "sexual assault," Vagnini only got two years and two months in prison thanks to a sweetheart plea deal, no doubt he was shown such leniency because he was acting as a "public servant" and only searched their butt-holes to keep America safe.

Second Video Surfaces Of Boston Police Ordering Families Out Of Their Homes At Gunpoint

Chris | InformationLiberation

If you had any questions whether the first video showing police ripping a family from their home and treating them like terrorists was unique or par for the course, this video should assuage all doubts.

This videos shows definitively Boston police did in fact order families out of their homes at gunpoint and has interviews with the victims, which include families with small children.

While the victims describe being "terrified," many of them wrongheadedly believe it was being done for their own good and supported the police's actions in retrospective.

Of course, it wouldn't matter if they were against the polices' rights violations as it wasn't up to them whether their home was raided, they were subjects of the state and nothing more.

It should be noted none of this police state pageantry did anything to help find the suspects, it was tips from private citizens which led police to the suspected killers.

Hey thuggish brutes! DO NOT TRY THIS IN ANY INDIANA CITY! You will get your heads BLOWN OFF! Out here we value our constitution and we have the right to shoot you if you act like terrorist thugs! The last week has provided a multitude of revelations about our government and the people of this country. The billions ?invested? in our police state, along with warnings from a foreign government, and suspicious travel patterns were not enough for our beloved protectors to stop the Boston Marathon bombing.
After stumbling upon these amateur terrorists by accident, the 2nd responders, with their Iraq war level firepower, managed to slaughter one of the perpetrators, but somehow allowed a wounded teenager to escape on foot and elude 10,000 donut-eaters for almost 24 hours.
That's assuming this wasn't a government "false-flag" to begin with.
This horde of heavily armed, testosterone fueled thugs proceeded to bully and intimidate the citizens of Watertown by illegal searches of homes and treating innocent people like criminals.
The government completely shut down the 10th largest metropolitan area in the country for an entire day looking for a wounded 19 year old
Meanwhile, the people of Boston obeyed their zoo keepers and obediently cowered in their cages.
The entire episode was an epic fail. The gang that couldn?t shoot straight needed an old man to find the bomber in his backyard boat. @6655 " The entire episode was an epic fail. "

Apparently not, if citizens are happy, feel safe, appreciate the effort, and nobody even thought about asking for a warrant, much less worried about police thug putting hands on their child. While some marginalized conspiracy theorists here and there cry about the police state, in the true democracy it's the majority that rules, and from the facial expressions of that majority, it does not look like they were really scared or pissed off - I guess they were happy to find themselves in the center of yet another "reality show" they watched on TV, and, frankly, without any real risk. So, I guess, they wouldn't mind the next episode..

"The government completely shut down the 10th largest metropolitan area in the country...." - David J. Blockowicz

So, while all Napoleon's dogs were rounding up the animals on the farm, what were the pigs actually up to?

In the video, people kept saying that the police were "doing their job." That's unconscious programming. Raiding innocent people's homes, is NOT their job, though now we'll have lots of brainwashed sheep, believing that's what police are supposed to do.

"From [the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations'] work, an evil thesis emerged: Through the use of terror, man can be reduced to a childlike and submissive state, in which his powers of reason are clouded, and in which his emotional response to various situations and stimuli can become predictable, or in Tavistockian terms, ?profitable.?

By controlling the levels of anxiety, it is possible to induce a similar state in large groups of people, whose behavior can then be controlled and manipulated by the oligarchical forces for whom Tavistock worked."

-- L. Wolfe, ?Brainwashing: How The British Use The Media for Mass Psychological Warfare?. The American Almanac, May 5, 1997.

it was just a drill seeing how things are going to when the S.H.T.F everybody needs to wake up STOP BEING SHEEPLE CAUSE THEY WILL BE KICKIN YOUR DOORS SOONER THAN WE THINK AND IT WONT BE A DRILL NEXT TIME PEACE OUT @75145

That's the most ridiculous thing ever. I don't care how many Americans are okay with being asked to leave your house at gunpoint, just because the majority of Americans think it's okay doesn't make it okay. It infuriates me that these people in the video keep saying "they were just doing their job." THAT'S NOT THEIR JOB! We are supposed to be protected from unwarranted search and seizure or have you never heard of the Constitution?

Israeli spy cell exposed in New Zealand (again) after earthquake crushed their van

THE powerful earthquake that rocked New Zealand's South Island unearthed an Israeli spy ring, security experts claim.

Israeli secret service Mossad has been accused of conducting an intelligence gathering operation in the country, which was allegedly interrupted when a van used by the cell was crushed by masonry falling from a building.

It is claimed that a man, who died inside the wreckage, had five passports in his possession, and three surviving Israelis who were in the vehicle fled the country within 12 hours.

New Zealand Prime Minister John Key confirmed last week that the government's Security Intelligence Service had launched a full investigation into the discovery.

But during a visit to the US, Mr Key dismissed the concerns saying no evidence was found that the people involved were anything other than backpackers.

He said his advice was that the man was found with only two passports, one of European origin.

Meet The Eight Amish Guys Jailed For Refusing To Attach Orange Safety Triangles To Their Buggies

by The Smoking Gun

Here are the booking photos (click to enlarge) of the eight members of an Amish sect who were ordered jailed by a Kentucky judge after they refused to pay fines for failing to affix orange safety triangles to their horse-drawn buggies.

The men, who were booked Monday night into the Graves County jail, refused to pay the fines on grounds that their religion bars them from wearing or displaying bright colors. Jailed for misdemeanor contempt of court, the inmates were provided dark-colored jumpsuits in place of the standard issue orange coveralls.
