Is This What The NYPD Has Been Doing After Refusing To Do Their Jobs?

New York, NY ? As we reported last week, the NYPD has basically stopped doing its job since the murder of officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu.

A new video shows that they have apparently found a new way to spend the extra time they have after not doing their jobs.

The video, obtained by the website, Breaking 911, shows a police officer riding on the hood of a patrol car.

According to Breaking 911,?the incident happened at Seton Place and Parkville Ave in the confines of the 70 Precinct.

The officer was rushed to Lutheran Trauma Center with a police escort and chopper overhead.

If this wasn?t a case of officers wasting time and idiotically horsing around, then the NYPD has some serious explaining to do.

Why on earth would a cop get on top of a cop car and get driven down the street?

Below is the video of the incident which happened just around the corner from the precinct located in Brooklyn.

rofl...OMG This is great! Thanks for a good laugh in the middle of all of our national depression and rage.... The irony is that if a non-cop did that they would be tazed, arrested, and charged with endangering the public and themselves. We don't need the police, we don't need the government, and we don't need every stupid law that is designed to make people criminals and generate revenue. It's time to take back our country from the terrorists that are our current politicians.

NJ Man Arrested for Refusing to Hand Over Camera as "Evidence" After Cop Veers Off Road

A New Jersey man was arrested Thursday after refusing to hand over his video camera to a cop, who insisted he needed it as ?evidence,? even though case law makes it very clear that citizens do not have to give up their footage unless their camera was used in the commission of a crime.

You would think a detective from the prosecutor?s office would know better.

But then again, cops make up their own laws when trying to protect their own.

After all, the so-called evidence demanded by detective Dave Margentino from the Ocean County Prosecutor?s Office involved a fellow cop who had veered off the road in a single-car accident, needing to be airlifted to the hospital.

Andrew Flinchbaugh, 23, was video recording the aftermath of the accident, standing well out the way of police and rescue officials, recording the victim being loaded onto the copter as well as the copter taking off.

After about 30 minutes, just as he was about to make his way back to his car, Margentino walked up and demanded his camera, telling him, ?I?m not going to negotiate.?

Typical thug behavior that has become so prevalent in law enforcement these days.

After ten minutes of Flinchbaugh refusing to succumb to his demands, offering to allow the detective to copy his footage, even providing identification though he was not legally obliged, Margentino arrested him.

Once jailed, Flinchbaugh never gave them consent to search his camera and they never asked, but when they returned the camera upon release a few hours later, it appeared as if they had scrolled through his footage, which is illegal to do without a search warrant.

NEEDVILLE, Texas -- Mason Michalec says he loves his country but just not the government.

?I?m really tired of our government taking advantage of us,? said Michalec. ?I don?t agree with the NSA spying on us. And I don?t agree with any of those Internet laws.?

That's why he's taken a pledge of sorts to not say the Pledge of Allegiance with classmates.

?I?ve basically said it from the time I was in kindergarten to earlier this year and that?s when I decided I was done saying it.?

For the most this year, his silent protest has gone unnoticed. But on Wednesday, when a different teacher observed it for the very first time, the Needville High School sophomore ran into trouble.

?And she told me this is my classroom," said Michalec. "This is the principal?s request. You?re going to stand. And I still didn?t stand and she said she was going to write me up.?

Michalec says the principal sentenced him to two days of in school suspension, and warned that he could face more ISS if his protest continued.

A local Texas police department is standing by an officer who dragged a 77-year-old grandmother out of her car for speeding after she repeatedly refused to provide her driver's license.

The entire arrest was caught on video by the Keene Police Department.

The woman, Lynn Bedford, of nearby Cleburne, was stopped on Aug. 19 for driving 66 mph in a 50-mph zone.

Bedford told Sgt. Gene Geheb that she had a bladder infection and had to go to the bathroom, but the situation quickly escalated when the officer asked several times for her identification and she refused.

[...]"This incident has been reviewed thoroughly by the Keene Police Department and the City of Keene Administration," Alberti said in a written statement. "All parties have concluded that Sgt. Geheb did not violate any state laws or department policies, and in fact was following department policy in regards to violators not providing identification."

Don't dare say this cop is a bad apple, the majority of police in this country act as this crook does, and their police chiefs defend them. Disband this criminal gang immediately.

While. Opinion about the 77yr old grandmother she should have been more in compliance especially when she knew she was driving over speed limit and then didn't have her proof of address right license which is another violation if she was black Spanish are younger she wouldn't probably have serviced without worst injury or death jesus by anyone who resist oficer of the law order especially when u in the wrong will be treated as suspension so before you breaking laws make sure you have appropriate information and ID jesus. Spoken like a true government 'educated' slave.

Speed limits are about robbing you blind to pay for the bloated salaries of tax-fattened government functionaries and nothing more.

Before you *obey* the laws you might want to have the appropriate information as to why something is a law. The only reason to give a criminal cop like this any sort of obedience is out of the full and complete awareness he is willing to murder you over a traffic ticket.

The word or phrase "investigated thoroughly" now may be interpreted as "His conduct was of the highest order, and demonstrated extreme bravery in an action that required split second judgement, thank God we have officers such as this, knowing that while we go about our daily lives, these brave men and women who serve, are keeping our dangerous world just a bit safer. Now quit your civilian pussy whining and go back to sleep or buy another ipod. We have work to do! There is no rhyme or reason to ever treat a human or citizen like this. We do have rights, cops just try to act like we don't. Too many abuses from police dept all over the states! OBEY

Here are the booking photos (click to enlarge) of the eight members of an Amish sect who were ordered jailed by a Kentucky judge after they refused to pay fines for failing to affix orange safety triangles to their horse-drawn buggies.

The men, who were booked Monday night into the Graves County jail, refused to pay the fines on grounds that their religion bars them from wearing or displaying bright colors. Jailed for misdemeanor contempt of court, the inmates were provided dark-colored jumpsuits in place of the standard issue orange coveralls.
