Police Harass Man at His Home For Filming

Chris | InformationLiberation

HonorYourOath gets harassed by police at his home and threatened with jail for filming some corrections officers and inmates on the side of the road down the street from his house. Rather than give into their intimidation, he responds by asking for the cops' IDs and badge numbers, so he can film them out of spite.

I watched the whole video, and the way I understand, the point the cop was making was that it was NOT interference to stand on the sidewalk on the other side of the road and film; it was videographer's crossing the road and directly approaching them that came very close to that. The cop actually gives good advise - make sure to check with your attorney, which of your actions are legally safe, and which may become the subject of arrest and subsequent litigation, then decide if you really want to try the 2nd part. The cop was trying to be civil. Maybe because he was being filmed? @nonymous 75145, I'm no cop; can't stand them, as a matter of fact. if I were a cop, i'd call you a "kiss-ass." (you're not supposed to post one-sidedly, fyi).

@nonymous 10844, fail. (you probably shouldn't respond to my comment).
