Maryland Cop Charged With Felony For Slitting Restrained Dog's Throat

When officer Jeffrey Bolger of the Baltimore City police came upon animal control agents who had restrained a 7-year-old shar-pei which had gotten loose, the officer took it upon himself to pull out a knife and violently slit the animal's throat, all while it was fully restrained and under control with its neck in a dog pole. The cop's actions were so vicious not even the police are defending his actions. Instead, Baltimore police Deputy Commissioner Jerry Rodriguez said, "We have no words to describe this. To say that we are appalled at this allegation is an understatement...This is outrageous and unacceptable breach of our protocol."

Bolger has been charged with felony animal cruelty and was suspended without pay. Meanwhile, his fellow officers on the scene are also being investigated for not reporting the incident to higher-ups.

Before these people are admitted to the Law Enforcement Academy they are given Psychological tests and interviews. That means that they know they are hiring unrestrained violent psychopaths as policemen. The police see us the same way serial killers view their victims, as prey. The Bankster government hires people like this by design. The police must be viewed as a force of occupation. This seems reasonably humane to me. The dog would die almost instantly and feel very little pain.

It's at least as humane as most methods used for butchering livestock; in fact, live throat slitting (yes, while restrained) used to be the preferred method for butchering cattle. (Today, I understand it is air gun to the head.)

- Colorado just dropped the case in which Joseph Hoskins shot Randy Cook, because, "a man's home is his castle." But that's humane.
- Brent Douglas Cole, a Bundy supporter, shot a police officer and a BLM ranger because he's a "sovereign citizen" who has a right to camp anywhere he wants, even on property he doesn't own, and anytime he wants, dammit! But that's humane.
- A man in Arizona was executed using drugs that aren't legal for animal euthanasia, because (for animals) they're inhumane. But executing a person with them? That's humane.
- Theodore Wafer goes on trial this month for shooting a black woman on his front porch, as she sought help after being involved in an accident. By some miscarriage, the state insists he stand trial, but I bet the jury agrees what he did was humane. After all, Zimmerman's jury agreed his shooting was humane.
- Millions of cattle are butchered every year. They get shoved into a restraint so they can't move and someone uses a captive-bolt gun to pound their brains into mush. But that's humane, because after all we're just hungry.
- Right here in this site, we have an article on an El Paso officer Flores who executed a restrained man on a hospital loading dock, and the grand jury just said that's fine. Humane, I guess.
- Canada still clubs seals to death with bats. That's humane.
- Trapping is still legal. But it's humane.
- Hunting is still legal. But obviously it's humane, again because we are hungry.
- Need I go on?...

Of course, someone SANE might say all of these are all INHUMANE, but there are TONS of other people to argue EARNESTLY that each of these are just peachy keen! (I bet some people right here in this site would argue that the Cole shooting was humane.) No problem here. Move along people.

So now we're discussing the execution of a restrained dog by slitting his throat. I'm taking this opportunity to argue EARNESTLY that there is nothing wrong with that method; that it is not INHUMANE. No problem here. Move along people.

We are a NATION of psychopaths, let alone me. Only in a nation of psychopaths would any of the above be tolerated...while we argue earnestly over the throat-slitting of a restrained dog.

I'm pretty sure that their police union will have all the words not only to describe this, but to reward the officer for this. send some allpo , to your favorite. @Nickel's 2-bits, the government's aim is to make the human experience as uncomfortable as possible. From birth, we are drugged, educated (programmed), and molded, into an ideal that is entirely inhuman. If you were to slit the throat of any animal in front of young child, you'd likely see an expression of horror on the child's face - that's a "human" reaction. That suggests that we are still quite human, and, that as we grow older, we allow ourselves to be shaped into psychopaths.

But I find it pathetic that we're reduced to using a "cop slices dog's throat" story to prove cops are brutal and government is oppressive.

I mean, take a serious, realistic look at this story. At best, it warranted a page 22 local newspaper story. Isn't it pathetic this is the best evidence the site can present of police/government abuse?

These stories didn't make this site:

- Michael Vick's arrest for holding cruel dog fights.
- Larry Wallace, who set his dog afire.
- Timothy Okogbaa, who beat his dog to death.
- Leonardo Dumenigo and Yainiel Proenza, arrested for killing possibly hundreds of thousands of animals by cutting throats and other methods in an illegal butchering operation.

These didn't make the site because they don't matter...on anything but a local basis. The only way they could have made the site is if someone decided to argue that, say, the last two people were "oppressed by the government" because they were just trying to run a butchering business and make money in the "free market" and the government has no right to interfere. (Can't you imagine that argument being made here?)

When I was a kid, we killed animals for butchering by cutting their throats. Someone above alluded that would be fine, because that's butchering and we have to eat.

So here we are with a pathetic article with a marginal, barely cruel act in my estimation, that the author is pathetically trying to turn into a pathetic proof that cops and government are evil.

I repeat: Pathetic.

Even the stories of officers shooting dogs, presented as proof of police/government evil are hardly worthy of mention. This is just...pathetic.

Lawyer For Cop Charged In Beating Death Of Homeless Man Claims Officer Didn't Use ENOUGH Force

The trial for two of the three Fullerton police officers charged in the beating death of mentally ill homeless man, Kelly Thomas, has begun. Manuel Ramos, the officer who first approached Kelly Thomas and delivered most of the damage, is facing charges of second-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter. Officer Jay Ciccinelli, who arrived on the scene moments later, is facing charges of involuntary manslaughter and use of excessive force.

Ramos' lawyer, John Barnett, sought to have charges against his client dropped last year, claiming the 10-minute-long ordeal that Thomas suffered through before lapsing into a coma (first, attempting to tell officers he couldn't breathe and, towards the end, crying out for his father) was a direct result of Thomas' reluctance to be further hassled by the officer.

When a "recalcitrant" Thomas did not comply, Ramos was entitled to use force and the threat of force to complete his arrest, Barnett contended in his 80-page motion.

"Rather than use actual force, Officer Ramos employed a lawful, conditional threat, to use force," he wrote. "The death of Kelly Thomas was not the natural and probable consequence of that lawful threat."

The recording shows Ramos relied almost exclusively on "force" rather than the "threat of force." As mentioned earlier, Ramos approached a seated Thomas before the beating commenced and said, "You see these fists? They are getting ready to fuck you up." That, I suppose, would be considered a "threat of force." Ramos wasn't kidding. His fists, along with his nightstick and additional abuse from a handful of other officers, completely "fucked up" Kelly Thomas, leaving him in an irreversible coma. Jay Cicinelli contributed in his own way, beating Thomas' face with the butt end of his Taser. (Cicinelli is captured on Ramos' mic stating that he "smashed [Thomas'] face to hell.")

There's really no questioning what happened. Security camera footage, synched to Ramos' mic, paints a brutally clear picture of how much Thomas went through before his body and mind gave out. Even the coroner's report notes the death wasn't accidental, listing "mechanical suppression of the thorax" as the cause of death. [The recording is 33 minutes long. The "altercation" begins about 15 minutes in. Five minutes later, there are six officers restraining Thomas. Warning: video, especially Thomas' anguished screams, is Not Safe For Life.]

John Barnett is still defending Officer Ramos. He's decided to top his earlier claims that the officer's actions were lawful and appropriate.

Ramos? attorney? told jurors that the officers who beat Thomas on a summer night in 2011 not only didn?t use excessive force in the incident, they ?weren?t using enough force.?

The officers were forced to call for backup because they could not subdue an out-of-control Thomas, John Barnett said. ?They?re losing the fight,? Barnett said.

Watch that tape again (or for the first time) and see whether it appears the cops are "losing the battle." Thomas, who weighed 135 pounds, was subdued by six Fullerton officers. The recording clearly captures him telling officers he can't breathe. Thomas was homeless and suffered from schizophrenia. While he wasn't cooperative with Ramos' instructions before he was beaten, he was still pretty far from being a threat. Last year, Barnett claimed the force was "appropriate." Now, he claims it was "too little." Officer Ramos apparently has no idea how to deploy an appropriate amount of force, despite his training.

Barnett continues:

?This case is not about a homeless, helpless, harmless mentally ill guy, this case is about a man who made choices in his life, bad choices that led to his tragic death,? Barnett said.

No one's arrest should end in death -- no matter what "choices" they've made -- not when six officers are looking to control one person. And for Barnett to claim that somehow choices the mentally ill Thomas made earlier in his life contributed to his death is not only disingenuous, it's genuinely sickening. If that's the case, then bad choices made by Officers Ramos and Cicinelli in their lives led to them being charged with manslaughter and murder.

This isn't about Kelly Thomas' life choices. This is about the choices made by a handful of officers -- choices that resulted in the death of a man whose life, what there was of it, came to a sudden halt because he ran into Officer Ramos and his backup.

If that was my kid those fuckers would be shiting into bags and eating thru straws or fucking worse and to include them rat fuck lawyers for the the fucking pigs. If I recall correctly, when the cop killed Tarika Wilson, because his comrades shot the dog on the backyard so he thought it's him being shot at, some either attorney, or expert, also testified that cop's only mistake was that he shot not fast enough.

The priority of officer's safety is not just higher than the life of a civilian; it completely wipes the latter out of consideration.

This scenario is repeated by police 1000's of times across the landscape of America. Usually the costumed criminals are rewarded with a paid vacation, and unless a camera catches them in the act of murder and assault, their crimes go unpunished. Don't be fooled by this sacrificial arrest and charges. More often than not, police either get off entirely or receive only a small reprimand. These cocksuckers found a vulnerable young man on the street and murdered him. They should be electrocuted to death, slowly, in full public view. Honors Student & Eagle Scout Charged with Felony and Expelled After Accidentally Leaving Shotgun in Truck

According to Todd Starnes of Fox News, Cole Withrow, an Eagle Scout, honors student, and active church member has had his life turned upside down.

The trouble began when Withrow discovered he had accidentally left his shotgun in his truck once he arrived at school. He had been skeet shooting with some friends the day before.

Withrow tried to immediately call his mother to come and pick up the firearm, but he was overheard by a school official.

Withrow told officials the truth about what happened. Then he was arrested and immediately and permanently expelled from school.

16-Year-Old Girl Arrested and Charged With a Felony For Science Project Mistake

No one was hurt. Nothing was damaged. The criminalization of school kids has gone too far.

A Florida teen with an exemplary record is facing federal charges after conducting what a classmate calls "a science project gone bad."

16-year-old Kiera Wilmot is accused of mixing housing chemicals in a small water bottle at Bartow High School, causing the cap to fly off and produce a bit of smoke. The experiment was conducted outdoors, no property was damaged, and no one was injured.

Not long after Wilmot's experiment, authorities arrested her and charged her with "possession/discharge of a weapon on school property and discharging a destructive device," according to WTSP-TV. The school district proceeded to expel Wilmot for handling the "dangerous weapon," also known as a water bottle. She will have to complete her high school education through an expulsion program.

Friends and staffers, including the school principal, came to Wilmot's defense, telling media that authorities arrested an upstanding student who meant no harm.

Man Charged For Not Rolling Window All The Way Down

A Richmond County, Georgia police officer running a fourth amendment violating checkpoint hunted a man down for turning around to leave the checkpoint then charged him with obstruction for failing to roll his window down 'all the way' in spite of the officer's orders. The cops say you have to follow their every commands or else they can charge you with obstructing.

Man Charged With Disorderly Conduct For Telling Cop to 'Go F**k Himself'

A Gonzales, Texas police officer arrested Peaceful Streets Project activist Antonio Buehler (who was featured on our site last week in one of the most epic police confrontations of all time), for exercising his free speech rights and telling the cop, who was intent on harassing him and even laid his hands on him, to go f**k himself.

The cop threw a fit after he dared to curse him and decided to falsely charge him with the catch-all charge of "disorderly conduct," despite from the video it being entirely clear he arrested him solely for cursing, which is not a crime.

There is no basis for these charges as cursing an officer has been ruled repeatedly to be free speech, hopefully Buehler can sue the officer and win a small settlement.

It appears, they have more courage than folks in this video.

If the cop saw such an opposition, he would have to arrest all of them, perhaps after calling for support which would come with the supervisor. Quite likely, that's where it would end, and for Antonio as well.

By their very nature, all man-made laws limit our personal freedom. No man-made law is completely fair to everyone. But there?s a reason we have those laws ? to prevent others? selfishness and irresponsibility from harming the rest of society.
There are some folks, however, who hate laws. All laws. And anyone who tries to help maintain those laws.
They like to talk a lot about ?rights,? but seldom do I hear them talk about the responsibilities inherent in exercising those rights, and the respect for others incumbent in exercising those responsibilities.
The little fracas at Gonzales Municipal Court last Wednesday by an ill-named anarchist group which calls itself the ?Peaceful Streets Project? was as silly as you might expect.
A local man facing a very simple citation showed up at court with a band of anarchists in tow, and they proceeded to attempt to intimidate the court in typical mob-rule fashion. I won?t go into the specifics of the case because the local man asked for ? and received? a jury trial which will be conducted at a later date.
The intimidation tactics were led and orchestrated by one Antonio Buehler of Austin. Young Mr. Buehler was at one time a respectable citizen ? an Army officer, then an aspiring investment banker who decided it?s more fun and profitable to run around harassing police officers.
When Buehler attempted to tape court proceedings Wednesday, judge Deidra Voigt rightly ordered his phone confiscated. She returned the phone to him after proceedings were finished, telling him that her justification was that municipal court is not a court of record and that juveniles were present. She then ordered that he expunge the video from the phone, which he did, and she ordered that he not use technology to recall the deleted footage or face a contempt of court citation. She also ordered that his friends post no footage from anything surrounding Wednesday?s proceedings on the internet.
Buehler and his group went home to Austin and posted a video of Buehler?s ?arrest? on their Facebook page. Apparently getting arrested is a status symbol for them.
You?ll recall the name from a New Year?s incident in 2012 in Austin. Buehler attempted to interfere with policemen making an arrest of a woman suspected of being intoxicated. An officer ordered him to stop videotaping the incident and it was alleged Buehler spit in the officer?s face.
He has since been arrested several other times for attempting to interfere with police duties, as have several other members of his group.
To listen to Buehler and his crew, you?d think that law enforcement exists solely to trample a freedom-loving citizenry. In their view, pretty much any action by a law-enforcement official constitutes ?abuse.?
Buehler is alleged to have directed a rather explicit vulgarity at one of the Gonzales police officers present Wednesday, and others of his group were later heard outside City Hall directing similar verbiage at not only the police, but also city staffers. They were ordered off city property and given a verbal no-tresspass warning.
The anarchists claim they have a ?right? to say anything they want at any time to anyone. Under the First Amendment, they?re right. But you also have a responsibility to refrain from use of that language in certain situations.
Buehler and his anarchists might can get away with cursing at policemen, who by necessity have to exercise a lot more self-control than the rest of us. But I daresay they probably don?t want to exercise their right to ?free speech? in the face of those of us who aren?t really concerned with their rights, especially when they?re doing it in front of our wives and small children.
Most of us recognize that close relationship between ?rights? and the responsibilities inherent in being members of a lawful society. Without laws, and people to ensure they are enforced, society would devolve into chaos, thence into tyranny.
What irks me is that many members of this bunch are smart people who, if they directed their intelligence and passion in constructive directions, could probably accomplish a lot.

Cellphone Video Shows Four Cops Beating Philly Motorist Charged with Aggravated Assault and Resisting Arrest

The video below purports to show what happens after two Philadelphia cops stop a motorist for allegedly ramming into a pole and driving off last week. Backup shows up about two minutes in, and then it's four of the city of brothelry love's finest subduing Marcus Warryton, the "suspect" (who does not appear to be charged in connection with the traffic violation). The Philadelphia Daily News reports, by way of an update that all but one officer (the one who? "struck" Warryton) are back on patrol:

During the struggle, police said, two officers suffered cuts and bruises, and another injured his neck.

At one point, Warryton allegedly reached for one officer's handgun, police said.

Warryton needed seven staples to close gashes on his head. He was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and resisting arrest.

Warryton's family said publicly that they believed that he was the victim of police brutality.

Presumably the portions of the police narrative that aren't on tape happened at some point before (and probably not after) the video. An Internal Affairs investigation was opened and in another Daily News article that asked whether cops used too? much force in the arrest, a police spokesman admits there are some "training issues" apparent from the incident:?

Ohio Student Charged with Homicide for Selling Mushrooms

After accepting a plea deal, former OU student, James Wagers, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for negligent homicide of another OU student, Eric Hansen. Wagers was found guilty after selling psylocibin mushrooms to Hansen an hour before Hansen leaped or fell from a fourth floor dormitory window.

There seems to be no solid evidence that Wagers was a professional drug dealer or that this sale was more than a one time thing. Wagers was convicted because he possibly contributed to Hansen?s death. The prosecutors were poised to argue that, ?without the drugs Hansen would still be alive?. This argument seems to be rhetorical nonsense. Should we also charge the window manufacturer? Without the window that young man would not have fallen to his death. Should we charge all liquor stores and manufacturers with negligent homicide for drunk driving deaths?

Not only is it tragic that a young man lost his life but now a non-violent man will be punished for the free will actions of another.
