Man Refuses To ID At Texas Border Patrol Checkpoint, Checkpoint Officer Says "Get The F*ck Out of Here" & Waves Him Through

Chris | InformationLiberation

A man driving through a border patrol checkpoint in Texas is asked whether he is an American citizen by a checkpoint agent, the man refuses to answer the question and says he has the right not to.

Despite the checkpoint officer's protestations, the man boldly asserts his rights and doesn't budge, even despite the officer's threats.

Eventually, the checkpoint officer breaks and tells him, "You know what, you look like you're an American."

"Very arrogant..."

"Get the f*ck out of here," the officer tells him.

"Go ahead," he says, finally waving him through.

GaroBlu on Youtube writes:

Whichever political party you affiliate with or whoever you are, just remember your rights.

Discrimination is often the outcome of these warrantless stops. While they have the right to stop you, you have the right to stop them.

I know I didn't have to answer any questions, but answering some is usually ok.

Could be actually even shorter. Instead of launching the discussion whether I "don't have to answer" or I do, simply "no comment" to every his question. Less room for any further discussion. ...and "see ya, asshole" as good-bye. Why didn't you ask him if the 14th amendment was legally ratified? That would send his head spinning. here in east san diego county the b.p. say they have the right to know everything about you, travels, etc.,and believe they have right to entry of any area at any time within 25 miles of anything bordering oceans or other countries.we have a big problem. BP is correct, san diegan. 100 miles from all borders in the US do not have 4th amendment rights. Check the Dept. Of Homeland Security website. how can a human being be "illegal" on planet earth?

borders, citizens, (CON)stitutions, belong to imperialists, not, free people.

if pieces of paper, with ink on them, can grant rights.... i'll just right a bunch up, and free the world.

people gravitate towards others who are similar to themselves. if the imperialists weren't trying to control this entire god-damned planet, there'd be no need for borders. people would naturally disband from the constructs, then, regroup with others who are suited to their own ideals.
instead, we live in a humongous concentration camp, while being told that we are "free."

Deputies Climb Through Window Into Couple's Home Without A Warrant, Hold Them At Gunpoint & Shoot Their Two Dogs

Chris | InformationLiberation

A Warrington, Florida couple was asleep in their bed when a group of Escambia County sheriff's deputies climbed into their home without a warrant, held them at gunpoint, cursed at them, threw a woman to the ground, cuffed them, then entered their bedroom and proceeded to shoot their two dogs, hurting one so badly he had to be euthanized and injuring the other with a bullet to his leg, the Pensacola News Journal reports.

Deputies justified the home invasion of Cristina Moses, 32, and her fiance, Travis Nicholas, 22, by saying they were looking for a suspect who they believed may have entered the home and they wanted "to assure the safety of the occupants.?

In fact, the occupants' safety was threatened only by the deputies, one of their dogs is now dead and their house covered in blood. Ironically, their dog is now dead because the officers were seeking to assure their own safety, not that of the occupants, because "officer safety" is always paramount.

After entering their home through their window, the couple says the deputies held them at gunpoint, Cristina was thrown to the ground while being cursed at, they were both placed in handcuffs, and the cops held them down by placing their boots on their back and arms. One deputy, who they identified as Deputy Mikel Anthony Lee, then allegedly went into their bedroom and shot two of their dogs.

The deputies' statement says, "One dog bit at one of the deputy?s leg. He pushed the dog away, but it came at him again so he shot the dog in self-defense, at which time the second dog began to run towards him. For his personal safety, he shot the second dog.?

As the Pensacola News Journal notes, their statement stops short of saying the dog actually bit the officer, meaning there is no actual evidence of the dogs' alleged aggression.

The couple contradicts their claims and says the deputy entered their bedroom and shot their dogs from the "opposite side" of the room. Video of the crime scene shows the edge of the couple's bed full of bullet holes, this is consistent with their story the officer tried to shoot the dogs from a distance and the dogs were trying to use the bed as "shelter" from the bullets.

After deputies placed Cristina in a patrol car for more than an hour because she "wouldn't shut up" and stop asking what happened to her dogs, she and Travis were eventually let go without charges.

"Gracie" the one year-old pit bull ultimately had to be euthanized due to being riddled with bullets. Cristina wells up in tears recounting the tragic incident and she says she feels "like my child has died."

The Escambia County sheriff's deputies meanwhile are stonewalling, they say they won't talk or release any further details until they're done with their "investigation" of themselves. The deputies involved were placed on paid leave.

This is why we need to start killing them dead when they break the law. fucking monsters Question: What do terrorists, home invaders and Escambia County deputies have in common?
Answer: They use the same toothbrush in the morning.
when was the last time you heard of a cop comming in through a window instead of breaking down the door? there is something else going on here. there is always something else going on when cops are involved.problem is most of the time it is the cops imagination gone wacko and the citizens pay the price every way you can think of.205213 good point, one way or the other. I don't suppose it occurred to Sherlock Holmes or any of the rest of these deputies that the room with the pit bulls in it probably didn't contain an intruder! They were obviously up to something else. I suspect they were going to burglarize the place and didn't realize anyone was home. That's why they were angry and cursing the occupants, because the homeowner presence spoiled their action and reduced their take for the night. If the sheriff department brass don't take these idiots badges away, it means they're in on it... Whenever I hear a cop has been shot, situations like this is why I feel it was probably justified. The couple should sue the department for around 20 million in damages, and if allowed under Florida law, sue the dickhead deputies personally for their entire net worth. Scumbags who abuse their positions of authority are no better than Nazi Stormtroopers, and should be regarded as such. The answer is vigilante justice. Interpret from this your own definitions and actionable solutions, but it's all that is left when LE "professionals" shoot, beat, and murder people, kill their pets for sport, kidnap and then abuse their children, and destroy their property with impunity. The War on the US Citizen, waged by not only these local thug "police" / gangster organizations but also a parasitic and criminal federal government at large, leading by "shining" example--via extortion, their possession of a monopoly on violence, fear-mongering, and the terrorist tactics they employ--and fully funded by us (the victims), has been underway for some time. When will we respond in some constructive manner? The not-in-my-backyard zeitgeist / philosophy of today (and the abhorrent detachment and apathy it excuses in too many of our minds) simply won't do. Protests have failed. Lawsuits have likewise failed to affect wack LE policy and the seemingly acceptable criminal behavior by officeholders. Elections / a belief in the myth of the two party system (AKA: the illusion of choice) have failed, too. Our "representatives" in government mock and patronize us from on high, appealing only to our differences in an obvious effort to divide us as a People. What's left? What sort of a "society" do we wish to have here? Anybody see the worldwide trend toward fascism speeding up all over again? WTF? What will we leave behind for our children if we do nothing? Did we have children just to drop them in an experimental Hell we allowed to develop right under our noses? What is the statute of limitations on using ignorance as an excuse for failure? Still worse, denial? And now what: fear? No, it just won't do. america is now mexico.

you'd better stand up for your damn selves, i am increasingly convinced that TWO different types of sins keep occurring in america:

1 - violent aggressors violating God's laws

2 - victims sinning by taking it.
they do this understandably out of fear of their earthly lives - but as a Christian you will have to be willing to give up your life to do what is right. until you do, this will continue and will increase.

Cops Caught on Camera Rummaging Through Homeowner's Bag and Car

Police officers looking for a convicted felon have been accused of violating a homeowner's constitutional rights after being caught on surveillance cameras digging through bags and searching a car without permission.

Officers had gone to the home of Jon Locke on February 5 after an arrest warrant for fraud was issued for his brother Christopher.

One officer can be seen on tape rifling through duffel bags, while another fiddles with a camera in the back yard of the home in Dallas, Texas.

Mr Locke told Dallas News that he wants an apology from Garland police department because the officers conducted a search on his property without consulting him. His brother Christopher does not live at the home.

The police department refused to comment on the matter but said that internal affairs was investigating.

Traveling through the "Land of the Free"

by Jeff Berwick

It was Friday morning and Gary Gibson and I had decided to go to San Diego and see a number of friends and colleagues at Casey Research's, "The Politicized Economy" conference. Trying to do everything we could to avoid the TSA and harassment by the US Government we flew direct from Acapulco to Tijuana on Volaris. But, upon arrival we immediately had our documents checked by numerous Mexican police officials and they pulled us to the side to rout through our luggage and ask us what we were doing and where we are going. Then, once past them, as I protested, we again had to put our bags through another scanning machine manned by armed soldiers.

I threw my hands in the air as though to say, "how many people need to look through our stuff?"... the answer is zero, by the way. As I collected my bags one of the soldiers said in spanish, "too many checkpoints eh?". I responded in the affirmative and he said, "I know." Even he saw the ridiculousness of it all... but being an airport on the border of Mordor they appear to have taken their marching orders from the all-seeing eye to the north.

We then rented a car on the Tijuana side and after having flown 2,000 miles in the prior three hours in the free market we then spent two hours advancing 500 feet in the world of the state as we slinked forward, to show our papers and await permission to enter the leviathan. Of all the things I hate about the state, borders has to be one of the most irritating. What, exactly, is the purpose? Some say that we "need" borders, to make sure "bad guys" are kept out. Well, if you truly believe that, then why not have border checkpoints between each state? Or at the entrance to each city? Heck, why not have one on each block? That way we can be assured total safety... because someone showing a government issued ID with their photo on it makes everything much safer! And why stop at having the TSA at airports, why not have them full body grope you at bus or train stations? Oh wait, they are already doing that.

Once approved for passage my stress levels immediately rose. After months of never having to look at my speedometer for any reason other than curiosity I now had to keep a close eye on it and ensure I didn't go past the state mandated limit while, at the same time, constantly checking my mirrors and the road ahead for police cars and helicopters who may be monitoring my speed and willing to use force in an armed robbery if I am deemed to have broken their arbitrary rules.

But, as I was about to find out, this was just the beginning!

We then met a fine young oil tycoon from Texas who was holding a nice cigar at the hotel lobby bar. As we were introduced he asked me if I could give him some advice on expatriation. I told him I certainly could but only if he could tell me where he got his cigar. He pulled another from his pocket and passed it to me. I thanked him and asked if he had a light. "Oh, well, you can't smoke it," he stated, nonchalantly.

"Why?" I asked.

"This is California... not only can you not smoke indoors but you can't even smoke outdoors if it is within 20 feet of a privately owned building or within 80 feet of a government office," he said.

"So, why do you even bother with the cigar then?" I asked.

He told me, "I've just been eating them. I ate about four cigars yesterday."

That seemed very unsatisfactory to me! I then said, "Why don't we go somewhere else where we can smoke them?" and we got in my car. None of our party was willing to drive, despite many of them being locals and my not having a clue where anything was. Everyone just said, with a blank stare, "I had two drinks already, it is too dangerous to drive". Apparently, even having two glasses of wine and driving can cause you to be kidnapped in Kalifornia. I was the only one willing to take "the chance" of trying to drive after a few glasses of wine. I figured, I don't even have a driver's license, so why not break a few more laws while I am at it.

As I lit up my cigar in the car I jokingly asked, "Am I allowed to smoke in my own car?" My local friend responded, "Yes, that is still legal. Although if there is a minor in the car, it is not legal."

Well, I thought, I finally found something I am allowed to do in the land of the free! It's hard to do as you can see the list of smoking rules in California here.

We then pulled up to an open air lounge bar and within seconds of walking in, with my still lit cigar, a minor ruckus had broken out. People were pointing and giving me angry looks... some feverishly looked around for the manager. Finally, to the relief of everyone, the manager rushed up, "You have to put that out right now!" he stated angrily. "If you want to smoke, you have to go outside!"

I responded, "We are outside."

He snapped back, "Out, outside," pointing to the street. Not wanting to cause a riot I put out the cigar and the slaves tried to return to a sense of normalcy after such a dramatic event. But, I noticed, other than slave-on-slave action where they enforce the rules upon each other, everywhere I went, hardly anyone makes eye contact.

Everyone seems skittish... and of those that weren't that way, the rest were falling down drunk. I guess when you live in a highly controlled police state it causes people to be leary of nearly anything and everything and/or to self medicate.

At 1:30am, as the music at the bar cut off and all the lights blasted on, a bouncer put his elbow to the back of my head and pushed me and the rest of the crowd out the door like we had done something wrong while shouting "Everybody's gotta go! Move! Move! Get out!"

As we ended up out on the street and fights sprung up around us as drunken, frustrated slaves took out their frustration on each other I looked to my friend, shrugged and said, "I don't know how much more of this freedom I can take."

Cops Strip Search Mom, "Forcibly" Pull Tampon Out of Her for Maybe Rolling Through Stop Sign

By Chris Sweeney

Getting pulled over for rolling through a stop sign is whack. But getting pulled over, having a gun pointed in your face, and then being strip searched on the side of the road in front of your two children for rolling through a stop sign is, well, really whack and probably an excessive use of force.

At least. that's what a new lawsuit in the Sunshine State is claiming.

Last July, Leila Tarantino claims that she was pulled over by an officer with the Citrus County Sheriff's Department. In the suit, Tarantino says she came to a full stop and should have never been pulled over in the first place.

A passing cop pulled a u-turn, flashed the lights, and rolled up behind her. Tarantino claims that the cop immediately drew his weapon, pulled her from the car, and refused to explain why he pulled her over. Tarantino's two young children watched all of this unfold from inside her car.

The cop then placed Tarantino in the back of the squad car, where she allegedly sat for two hours. When backup arrived, Tarantino was strip searched on the side of the road, where passing motorists could see everything.

Then, in a gruesome twist, a female officer "forcibly removed" a tampon from Tarantino. Presumably, the cops were looking for drugs, but the lawsuit notes that a drug-sniffing dog was never called in, and cops never found any contraband or anything illegal.

The CIA wants to spy on you through your TV: Agency director says net-connected gadgets will 'transform' surveillance

By Rob Waugh

When people download a film from Netflix to a flatscreen, or turn on web radio, they could be alerting unwanted watchers to exactly what they are doing and where they are.

Spies will no longer have to plant bugs in your home - the rise of 'connected' gadgets controlled by apps will mean that people 'bug' their own homes, says CIA director David Petraeus.

The CIA claims it will be able to 'read' these devices via the internet - and perhaps even via radio waves from outside the home.

Everything from remote controls to clock radios can now be controlled via apps - and chip company ARM recently unveiled low-powered, cheaper chips which will be used in everything from fridges and ovens to doorbells.

The resultant chorus of 'connected' gadgets will be able to be read like a book - and even remote-controlled, according to CIA Director David Petraeus, according to a recent report by Wired's 'Danger Room' blog.

Petraeus says that web-connected gadgets will 'transform' the art of spying - allowing spies to monitor people automatically without planting bugs, breaking and entering or even donning a tuxedo to infiltrate a dinner party.

Video Shows Sheriff Attacking A Deaf-Mute Throat Cancer Survivor Who Accidentally Entered Courthouse Through Wrong Door

Chris | InformationLiberation

Want to know how to spot a criminal? Look for the deaf-mute wearing an oxygen mask.

The Calgary Sun reports:

Video showing a sheriff?s ?unjustified? and ?excessive? force on a mute, deaf man in a Red Deer courthouse has now been released.

On Dec. 9, cancer survivor Bill Berry, 52, was paying a traffic ticket when a sheriff told him he didn?t go through the proper security screening, as he had come in through an exit door.

Berry, who is deaf, mute and breathes through his neck with a tube, tried to signal that he couldn?t hear or speak, at which point the sheriff became more forceful and tried to carry him out.

Berry collapsed to the ground and his stoma tube fell out.

He was unable to breathe until other sheriffs noticed and reinserted it.

A probe conducted by the Solicitor General Office?s Law Enforcement and Oversight Professional Standards Unit, found the sheriff, identified as Thomas Bounds, was fine to advise Berry of his error but was unlawful in physically confronting him ?without hesitation.?

The report calls Bounds? use and level of force ?unjustified? and ?excessive?.

It also included an interview with Bounds, who said he tried telling Berry to go through security and he responded ?non-verbally by aggressively waving his arms, at which time I took control of him.?

Bounds went on to say a wristlock was ineffective so he ended up carrying Berry to the exit, adding he believed Berry?s actions posed a potential risk to people in the courthouse and he had to use force.

Surprisingly, the Canadian government actually fired him and they say he's "no longer a peace officer."

Here in America, he'd be looking at a raise.

1 Through 30 -- The Coming U.S. Financial Crisis By The Numbers

by Michael Snyder

The United States is drowning in a sea of red ink from coast to coast and most Americans have absolutely no idea what is about to happen.? Hopefully you have started to prepare for the coming U.S. financial crisis.? If not, hopefully this article will be a wake up call for you.? Right now, governments all over Europe are on the verge of financial implosion.? Most Americans aren't paying much attention to that, but they should be, because what is happening to Greece and Italy right now will eventually be happening here.? Just recently, the U.S. national debt passed the 15 trillion dollar mark.? State and local government debt is also at record levels.? Tens of millions of American families are in debt up to their eyeballs, and millions more Americans fell into poverty last year.? Meanwhile, the "too big to fail" banks just keep getting larger and the Federal Reserve continues to inflate the debt bubble.? At some point this debt bubble is going to burst, and when it does it is going to unleash financial hell all over America.

Below you will find a list of numbers - 1 through 30.? For each number, a statistic has been chosen that demonstrates the financial nightmare that the United States is facing.? It is simply not possible to rack up debt at staggering rates forever.? At some point the debt spiral is going to stop.

A lot of politicians are claiming that they can stop the coming financial crisis from happening.? But the truth is that unless our entire financial system is fundamentally transformed, nothing is going to be able to stop the financial nightmare that is headed our way.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of our politicians still believe that the current financial system can be fixed and the vast majority of them still fully support the Federal Reserve.

That is going to prove to be a gigantic mistake.? The following are 30 facts that show that the United States is heading directly for a massive financial crisis....

1 - For fiscal year 2011, the U.S. federal government had a budget deficit of nearly 1.3 trillion dollars.? That was the third year in a row that our budget deficit has topped one trillion dollars.

2 - The balance sheet of the Federal Reserve has been ballooning like crazy.? At this point, the Federal Reserve has very little capital backing a balance sheet that is well over 2 trillion dollars.

The following is how Michael Pento of Euro Pacific Capital describes the situation that the Fed is in....

Today, the Fed has $52.5 billion of capital backing a $2.7 trillion balance sheet.

Prior to the bursting of the credit bubble, the public was shocked to learn that our biggest investment banks were levered 30-to-1. When asset values fell, those banks were quickly wiped out. But now the Fed is holding many of the same types of assets and is levered 51-to-1! If the value of their portfolio were to fall by just 2%, the Fed itself would be wiped out.

3 - It is being estimated that it would take a total of 3 trillion euros to bail out all of the countries in Europe that are in imminent danger of financial implosion.? Europe is heading for a gigantic financial crisis, and when it happens the United States is going to be dragged down as well.

4 - As the U.S. economy continues to decline, millions of American families are having a very hard time feeding themselves.? Today, one out of every seven Americans is on food stamps and one out of every four American children is on food stamps.

5 - The U.S. Postal Service has lost more than 5 billion dollars over the past year.? It looks like the federal government is going to have to help the U.S. Postal Service out financially.

6 - Freddie Mac says that it is going to need another $6 billion bailout from the federal government.

7 - Fannie Mae says that it is going to need another $7.8 billion bailout from the federal government.

8 - We are told that the economy is recovering, but the number of Americans on food stamps has grown by another 8 percent over the past year.

9 - The U.S. unemployment rate has been hovering around 9 percent for 30 straight months.? It is currently sitting at 9.0 percent.

10 - The total cost of just three federal government programs - the Department of Defense, Social Security and Medicare - exceeded the total amount of taxes brought in during fiscal 2010 by 10 billion dollars.

11 - Back in the year 2000, 11.3% of all Americans were living in poverty.? Today, 15.1% of all Americans are living in poverty.

12 - The "free trade" agenda being pushed by our globalist politicians is absolutely killing us.? Even in industries that we were once dominant in we are now getting wiped out.? For instance, in 2010 South Korea exported 12 times as many automobiles, trucks and parts to us as we exported to them.? Hundreds of billions of dollars that should be going to support American jobs and businesses is going overseas instead.

13 - Since 1985, the federal government has added 13 trillion dollars to the national debt.

14 - The U.S. Treasury Department says that instead of $14.3 billion, the total losses from the auto industry bailouts will actually be $23.6 billion.

15 - Amazingly, the U.S. federal government is now 15 trillion dollars in debt.? When Obama first took office the debt was just 10.6 trillion dollars.

16 - According to U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders, the Federal Reserve made 16 trillion dollars in secret loans to big corporations, Wall Street banks, foreign nations and wealthy individuals during the financial crisis.

17 - The "too big to fail" banks just keep getting larger and larger.? In the year 2000, Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America and Wells Fargo held approximately 22 percent of all banking deposits in FDIC-insured institutions.? By the middle of 2009 that figure?was up to?39 percent.? That is an increase of 17 percent in less than a decade.

18 - More Americans than ever are totally dependent on the government.? In 1980, government transfer payments accounted for just 11.7% of all income.? Today, government transfer payments account for more than 18 percent of all income.

19 - As a result of the lack of good jobs, we have huge numbers of Americans in their prime working years that cannot financially support themselves.? As I have written about previously, 19% of all American men between the ages of 25 and 34 are living with their parents.

20 - America is rapidly getting poorer.? Today, more than one out of every seven Americans is living in poverty and more than 20 million of them are considered to be living in extreme poverty.

21 - Income inequality is rising to very dangerous levels.? According to a joint House and Senate report entitled "Income Inequality and the Great Recession", the top one percent of all income earners in the United States brought in a total of 10.0 percent of all income in 1980, but by the time 2008 had rolled around that figure had skyrocketed to 21.0 percent.

22 - It is not just the federal government with a debt problem.? State and local government debt has reached an all-time high of 22 percent of U.S. GDP.? Many state and local governments are even closer to going broke than the federal government is.

23 - If you can believe it, during 2010 an average of 23 manufacturing facilities a day were shut down in the United States.? Our economy is literally being gutted like a fish.

24 - Right now, spending by the federal government accounts for about 24 percent of GDP.? Back in 2001, it accounted for just 18 percent.

25 - According to Shadow Government Statistics, the "real" rate of unemployment in the United States is creeping up toward 25 percent.

26 - The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (an agency of the federal government) says that it ran a deficit of $26 billion during the fiscal year that just ended and that it will probably need a bailout from the federal government.

27 - In the midst of everything else, the United States is bleeding national wealth like crazy.? Tens of billions of dollars more goes out of this country each month than comes into it.? Instead of improving, our trade deficit just keeps getting worse.? For example, the U.S. trade deficit with China in 2010 was 27 times larger than it was back in 1990.

28 - The U.S. housing crash is a crisis that never seems to end.? According to one source, approximately 28 percent of all home loans in the United States are currently "underwater".? So what is going to happen if the economy gets even worse?

29 - The federal government has borrowed more than 29,000 dollars per household since Barack Obama first took office.

30 - 30 years ago, the U.S. national debt was about 15 times smaller than it is today.? How in the world are we ever going to explain this foolishness to future generations?

Please share these facts with as many people as you can.? The reality is that most Americans have no idea just how bad things have become.

Instead of dealing with the problems that this country is facing, most Americans just try to numb the pain.? As a nation, we are incredibly addicted to pleasure and entertainment.? It is so much easier to spend endless hours staring at the television than it is to get out there and try to do something to turn this country around.

America is in big time trouble.? We desperately need a new generation of heroes to step up to the plate.

All of us have different talents and all of us have something that we can contribute.

Will you answer the call?
