Man Charged For Not Rolling Window All The Way Down

A Richmond County, Georgia police officer running a fourth amendment violating checkpoint hunted a man down for turning around to leave the checkpoint then charged him with obstruction for failing to roll his window down 'all the way' in spite of the officer's orders. The cops say you have to follow their every commands or else they can charge you with obstructing.
