Wow! I understand some of their beliefs as I haven't read up on them much but this is crazy shit. I didn't know they were nuts of that variety. Any of you who frequent this website - see story after story of crooked cops - rampant juridical corruption - police brutality, incompetence and so forth - don't deny that a side of you wishes a lone wolf or a group of liberty minded individuals could exact just violence upon the thuggery of the praetorian class.

It is only natural to conceive of these notions. It does not make you evil nor insane. You are human, and not sociopathic, unlike those that claim to serve, to protect, and to uphold --- and fail, pathetically, intentionally. You love you fellow man and you see that the imbalance of justice and you seek to restore balance to the social dynamic between the citizen and the enforcer.

Peaceful means of protesting the rising police state don't seem to work - which leaves "other" means. Sad, I know - but necessary? - probably - if we stay on the course of authoritarianism - definitely.

Expect the frequency of actions like those in this story to increase. They will. Always remember Newton's third law.

Peel away the cop uniforms and labels of authority and they are only state sanctioned thugs who torture, maim and kill with impunity.

When SHTF, you're gonna wish there are groups like this to protect you from roving bands of cops out to rob, rape and murder you.

Personally, I sort of look forward to the collapse - finally giving We The People an opportunity to extract justice from those who deprived us of the same for so long.

I support this action against unlawful thugs with badges. They're fascists and illegally operating against our Constitution.

US Army Tactical Manuals Describe How to Control Domestic Insurrection

by Susanne Posel

In 2010, the US Army's Operating Concept 2016-2028 was published and explains how armed forces in the US and overseas will behave in the future. Specific tactical operations, special "theater", and organized forces are outlined along with the capabilities and priorities of the US armed divisions.

In simple terms: a full spectrum operations manual that details stratagems both domestic and foreign.

Presidential administrative National Security Strategy documents explain how to defend the Republic within domestic borders with suggested scenarios where a group of political reactionaries commandeer a prominent area of a town or city which requires that the US Army support local law enforcement in conjunction with state officials -- including local government representatives.

In times of domestic insurrection, the Executive Branch can enforce armed support to state governments and local police departments with or without their approval because the continuity of government is the endgame and must be preserved. In this event, domestic intelligence gathering become paramount to maintain a clear chain of military command to be able to stop the home-grown insurgency. This would empower the Department of Homeland Security with the approval of the President, to enact the Insurrection Act and deploy armed troops with in the US to stop rebellion, insurrection, and lawlessness. While the initial powers are reserved for the state and local governments, and Posse Comitatus (PCA) restricts and delays the Executive Branch in enforcement, the current presidential administration with the aid of the Pentagon is seeking to rescind the PCA in order to facilitate control over domestic terrorism.

The Federal Protective Service (FPS) has been given the responsibility to protecting federally owned property while preparing for civilian led riots expected in the near future. And part of the preparatory measures was an order of 150 sets of riot gear that was requested to be filled exponentially.

The FPS is anticipating that police or military wearing the gear would encounter "blunt force trauma" to the upper torso, as well as potential beatings with "blunt objects".

In June of this year, the US Army requested bids for riot gear that was answered by A2Z Supply Corp, in which specified equipment was to be delivered to West Point Academy in New York.

The purpose of these patrol units was to aid "with civil unrest and crowd control or to deal with potentially horrific scenarios such as massive poisoning and chaos in response to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive, or CBRNE, attack" and provide "coordinate defense support of civil authorities" under NORTHCOM and other commands including federal homeland defense efforts.

As outlined in the Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB) processes are defined by operational environments in regard to battle space, effects, evaluation of threats and adversaries while determining the course of action. In regard to civil situations, and to maintain intelligence and operational purposes, preparations with regard to terrain are inconsequential.

Enabled by an executive order from 1982, which states that intelligence gathering abroad could be used domestically and on American citizens, permanent resident aliens which are categorized as American persons.

According to the RAND Corporation document , Street Smart: Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield for Urban Operations, the use of IPB in urban areas will alleviate some of the anticipated "analytic difficulties posed by urbanized areas."

By training in American cities, the armed forces can realize maneuvers and special considerations that are needed to control urban infrastructure in the case of civil disturbance and insurrection. Having foreknowledge of the people living in the specified cities that are marked for control assist in the "critical operational success" of not only "knowing the enemy" but also the ability to retain a level of concealment and surprise.

When the US Army is "called upon to operate in villages, towns, and cities their directive will be to "neutralize American citizen's technological capabilities" using "sophisticated intelligence equipment" and advanced tactical training.

The Marine Corp has created a law-enforcement battalion (ELB) consisting of specialized military police officers (SMP) will take the role of current street cops while still remaining part of the Marine Corp.

SMPs would be deployed to assist in any event of civil disturbance, handling of detainees, use biometrics to identify suspects and conduct forensic work. Their assistance is not limited to conducting DUIs and writing speeding tickets in an effort to re-brand the Marine Corps as being more involved with average work now allocated to local law enforcement.

The Marine Corp Intelligence Requirements Handbooks presents new methodology to combat civilian rebellions and is meant to inspire intelligence professionals working on computer-based intelligence efforts.

The tactical operations, combined with the current training exercises being observed across our nation were laid out in documents like this. And the evidence that this is real and is being planned for are coming in eye witness reports at a staggering rate.

National Guard has been witnessed in Virginia conducting "wellness checks" and patrolling residential neighborhoods as well as downtown city areas.

One of the numerous reports of preparations for martial law that are happening across the nation is taking place now until August 17th in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin where a training exercise with M1117 armored security military vehicles that were used in Afghanistan to hunt for insurgents.

The US Army Reserve "wanted to alert the public to the training dates so residents are not alarmed when a pack of heavily armored military vehicles is driving around the county."

Captain William Gedddes commented that the drills were conducted to make sure the officers remain alert and do not become "rusty" in their training with the M1117s.

While the Sheboygan County police department had no foreknowledge of the drill, Geddes commented that locals should not "create safety hazards" on the roads be drawing attention to the vehicles.

The US Army, wanting to control the public perception of their drills, claimed that they were training on civilian roadways and wanted to make this known to the public so as to not insight speculation as to their presence.

The Pentagon, decrying the false flag assertion of increased use of improvised explosive devices (IEDs) in the US, is asking Congress to lay aside Posse Comitatus (PCA) in an effort to increase their use of military on the streets of America.

According to Section 1385 of the Posse Comitatus Act: "Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both."

While specialized military police are currently working with local law enforcement, the Pentagon is attempting to alleviate "legal restrictions on the activities of US armed forces" by convincing Congress that the PCA is unnecessary.

Law-enforcement battalions , consisting of specialized military police officers (SMP), are being set up to work with local police while remaining part of the Marine Corp.

Citing James Holmes' apartment and use of home-made bombs, Army Lt. Gen. Michael Barbero told Congress that the threat "from both homegrown terrorists and global threat networks is real and presents a significant security challenge for the United States and our international partners."

Furthermore, USNORTHCOM and Leon Panetta, US Secretary of Defense, has readily admitted that US armed forces will collaborate with local law enforcement "if called upon".

The US Army has put out a solicitation for riot gear in preparation for civilian unrest in the US. On their official government website, the call for non-lethal equipment coincides with requests from DHS for allocation of riot shields, face masks, polycarbonate batons and body armor.

In collaboration with an executive order signed in 2001 by former President George W. Bush, DHS will "coordinate the executive branch's efforts to detect, prepare for, prevent, protect against, respond to and recover from terrorist attacks within the United States."

Contained within the US Army Military Police training manual for Civil Disturbance Operations are outlines describing how the US military will use the arsenal at their disposal to quell domestic riots, confiscate firearms and kill Americans during times of mass civil unrest.

The explicit use of "deadly force" when confronting "dissidents" is clearly stated with the refusal of a "warning shot" and the directives toward weapons that rioters or demonstrators will experience in the name of continuity of government.

Many citizens are witnessing movement of military equipment from the East and the West coasts of America. In plain sight, a train carrying tanks was seen come through Burbank, California.

The globalist Fascists who are turning our free nation in to a Dictatorship view this probable fact as a threat and are preparing to quash it right now. Because of this infiltrated takeover of our country, we are all in grave danger.

Domestic Terrorism and the Lulz

by Darian Worden

LulzSec hackers have released a government report entitled "Anarchist Movement." This "strategic report" was marked for official use only and was issued by the Missouri Information Analysis Center, a government organ that has previously drawn criticism for warning cops to be suspicious of things like Ron Paul bumper stickers. MIAC is one of several fusion centers, organizations intended to facilitate the sharing of information gathered about people in America between federal, state, and local government agencies.

I was curious to see what law enforcers would have to say about anarchists. While some of the information in the report is factually correct, the quality of the research is not impressive.

The report puzzled me with the first sub-category of anarchism it listed. While I've heard of many obscure isms, never have I read about "Anarcha-Masculinism." Obviously, the wording is framed as a counterpart to anarcha-feminism, a term which is widely used, but how many people indentify as Anarcha-Masculinist? A Google search of the term brings few results besides a small page of the website Anarchopedia, a Wikipedia-type website with a particular anarchist bent. As it turns out, the MIAC report's description of Anarcha-Masculinist is almost identical to the text found on Anarchopedia. The descriptions of other anarchist sub-categories are also directly lifted from text at various Anarchopedia pages.

The report concludes that "we believe the groups discussed pose a significant domestic terrorist threat at this time." This means that people are being paid with tax money to plagiarize websites and label people domestic terrorist threats. Lifting text from websites and putting it into a report with little evidence of analysis and no citations does not count as research. Perhaps we should be frightened that this is the haphazard process by which people are officially designated terrorist threats.

The MIAC report also shows its lack of scope by its neglect of market anarchism, not saying anything whatsoever about how to categorize market anarchists. Radicals who have held that monetary exchange and individual possession could be non-exploitative go back to New Harmony participant Josiah Warren and abolitionist Lysander Spooner, and the self-identified anarchists they inspired. While those who fall under the label "market anarchist" are hardly a homogenous group, they generally challenge the authority of states and other elites mainly by creating alternative social relations and advocating for the expansion of non-coercive relations. Presumably, if they can be placed under the banner of Anarchist Movement, they're all terrorists.

Ironically, the MIAC report also does not mention anarchist hackers or other techno-anarchist tendencies. Few projects have pulled back the veil of the state's apparatus of terror more effectively than computer activists, whether they are affiliated with LulzSec or WikiLeaks.

The MIAC report is aimed solely for the consumption of the law enforcers who explicitly operate by terrorizing their opponents -- whether by aggressive behavior, swat teams, mobile electrocution torture devices, overwhelming force, threats of jail, or simply shooting them. It is terrorism that people have a right to resist, though of course mindful of potential consequences. Exposing the bankruptcy of the authorities is a valuable step in creating a world where they are much less able to harm other people. Lulz are best had at the expense of oppressors.

Hunt for Man Who Violated Parole, Fired at Police Turns into Domestic Terror Propaganda

Kurt Nimmo

Once again, the government and the corporate media are busy at work trying to portray anti-government activists as murderous terrorists.

?Montana authorities are on a manhunt for an ?extremely dangerous? former militia leader who triggered a shootout with cops and fled into the wilderness with a cache of weapons,? reports the NY Daily News.

?David Burgert, 47, a former head of a violent anti-government militia group, traded gunfire with Missoula County deputies along a logging trail after a slow speed car chase near Lolo, Mont., on Sunday, cops said.?

According to the FBI, the former Marine and Project 7, a Montana militia, plotted to assassinate local officials, kill cops and ultimately topple the government.

But there is a problem with this story. It is not true.

Burgert was never charged with threatening local officials, police, or anybody else. He was arrested in 2002 and charged with weapons violation after law enforcement discovered a ?cache? of weapons and around 30,000 rounds of ammunition.

In May of 2003, the Billings Gazette reported that Burgert was expected to plead to possessing a machine gun and being a felon in possession of a firearm following a plea agreement he made with prosecutors. Instead, he jumped bail and resisted arrest.

The Montana Department of Corrections said Burgert was sentenced in 2002 for bail jumping and in 1983 for theft and was arrested after a stand-off with the cops. After that arrest, officials in Flathead County in far northwestern Montana said that Project 7 conspired to kill local police officers, judges and county prosecutors.

It seems Mr. Burgert is a problem because he does not respect the law and is combative with the police. He holds anti-government views. Before his sentencing on firearms charges, he was diagnosed by the government with paranoid personality disorder.

In 2003, the Project 7 group told the Associated Press the allegations against them were ?nothing more than a fanciful conspiracy theory dreamed up by overzealous police.? No charges were filed because federal investigators were unable to substantiate any of the accusations made by Montana officials after they discovered 30,000 rounds of ammunition, explosives, night-vision equipment, and body armor -- all completely legal to possess.

Following his previous experience with the government and time spent in a federal prison, Burgert said he would not be taken into custody again by law enforcement. Montana lawmen said he led sheriff?s deputies on a 30-mile chase on Sunday before exchanging gunfire with them and fleeing into the rugged mountains southwest of Missoula, according to Reuters. No one was injured in the shootout.

"He is armed and extremely dangerous," Missoula County Undersheriff Mike Dominick told Reuters as the Missoula County Sheriff?s Office, the Missoula SWAT team, the FBI, the National Guard and the U.S. Forest Service searched for Burgert.

The fanfare of coverage of Burgert is part of a larger campaign by government and the corporate media to portray anti-government activists as violent, dangerous, and mentally unbalanced.

In any given week, there are hundreds of cases of people resisting arrest or ending up in violent confrontations with police. These incidents rarely make it off the pages of local newspapers or news websites because they are of little use to the government in its effort to portray constitutionalists as crazed gun-toting lunatics.

For instance, TPM posted a local story about a man who allegedly opened fire at a seafood market in Florida after learning that they had run out of crawfish. Larry Wayne Kelly, who apparently suffers from mental illness, told the cops he is a sovereign citizen.

Moreover, Burgert?s alleged confrontation with police will be used by anti-Second Amendment advocates to argue for ?reasonable? laws limiting or outlawing the possession of firearms.

In 2010, the government attempted to railroad the Hutaree militia movement by claiming they also planned to kill local law enforcement and officials. The government case against the group fell apart in short order and some of the accused were released from custody.

Incessant propaganda, however, appears to work in convincing some people that anti-government groups and individuals pose a threat. In April of last year, a UPI poll conducted by Angus Reid Public Opinion revealed that a ?strong majority? of Americans believe ?American-on-American terrorism is likely in the next year.? 58 percent of 1,005 people surveyed believe a terrorist attack on U.S. soil, carried out by Americans, is ?very likely? or ?moderately likely? to happen.

No terrorist event occured in the specified timeframe.
